Pros: Everything, the hosts Jackie and Wayne was more than helpful and nice. From checking in to checking out these guys made our week working away the most comfortable we've had. The location was good for where we needed to be and the rooms were spot on, we enjoyed some nights relaxing in the garden with both Jackie and Wayne who both made us feel most welcome. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place and you will be treated so nicely should you decide to stay here. We will 100 percent be returning should we be working in the area again. Thank you Jackie and Wayne!!!!

6.0 Good
Pros: Room was nicely decorated with a big bathroom. comfortable bed
Cons: Breakfast was non existent, apart from a jar of cornflakes and a jar of Weetabix (which were out if date according to the label attached!). There was not even any toast available. When we booked our voucher stated that breakfast was included. Not impressed!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything toilet, bedroom, kitchen, garden with good location train station and bus are easy to connect
Cons: Everything in this accommodation very good am going to come to this property any time I come London. Everyone going to like it
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Silence. Having come from central London, being able to sleep is like being in heaven. The hosts are nice and very discrete. I also had to go to London Bridge every day so taking the train was simple and fast.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Simply Guesthouse offers rooms with shared facilities in a terraced house, use of the kitchen including cooking facilities, fridge, microwave and a selection of breakfast cereals, fruit and milk. The hosts (who live across the street) do the cleaning, fill the dishwasher, replenish the supplies and make sure that everybody is generally happy and has got what they need. I like this concept, because it is completely clear what to expect, everybody has their freedom, a personal space and comfort. The place is conveniently located close to a railway station that takes you into central London within 20 minutes. There are some shops and some takeaways nearby.
Cons: It is fine as it is, in its way.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The landlady was very kind, close to train station and shops, clean and tidy. Thank you
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money, place is located close (less than 10 minutes walking) to Abbey Wood train station, it takes around 30 minutes to London Bridge station (or other stations in central London), very importantly - it is within zone 4 of London public transportation so if you use capping correctly (either Oyster card or contactless) maximum cost of all trains/buses/underground you take during a day is 10,10 GBP. Place itself is good, we could use the fridge, plates, bathroom is good, also big store on the way to train station
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and location - excellent
Cons: nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Host was fabulous- guest house had everything a hotel has , ie free bottled water , slippers ,robes , Shampoo, conditioner and shower wash , breakfast and use of kitchen included in price

8.3 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was quite comfortable, but the owner and her family is what made it really special. She was extremely lovely to deal with, quick to respond and was always multi-tasking with ease. Her family or 'support crew' also did their bit to make the guests feel catered for and relaxed, including the gorgeous, smiling baby. Bonus: new mattresses on the bed gave us the best night's sleep we'd had in 5 weeks of travelling.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent and the room very comfortable with a good shower.

7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was nice.
Cons: As I was leaving, there was someone ahead of me but I think he was waiting for payment to go through. Then the female staff said to me ‘Yes!’, so I said I was checking out. She snatched the key from me and got on with her business. I then said a very shy thank you, goodbye and left. I hope the property owners invest in training front line staff. This is an area that flies the flag of the business. (If she was the same person who was serving breakfast, she was better in that area, maybe that’s where her strength is.

Cons: It is an old builing so it is a bit noicy

Cons: Bed was squeaky. Towels were a little rough. No shampoo (mine got confiscated at airport) so had to buy big bottle which I left for the next traveler.

8.5 Excellent (635 reviews)
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Being in the room downstairs which was very warm and didn't feel comfortable to open the windows the first night. However the hostess gave jug of water and bottled water daily so felt better towards the end of my stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Where do I start. I have pulled up to this beautiful property and a very friendly, welcoming host introduces herself with a smile and shows me to my room for the night. As I am a smoker, I requested the room that opens out to the garden so I could go out and smoke at my convenience, without disturbing other customers. As I walked into the room/ studio flat, I was firstly impressed with the level of cleanliness and then by the size of the room. The bedroom is a double ensuite with a comfortable double mattress with a flat screen TV. On the right side is a fridge for your drinks, a sink area for your food hygiene and an a boiler with serving to radiators to heat up the space if necessary. I had been travelling for work and requested not to be disturbed so I could rest and recover, my request was met. I As I got up in time to clean up, clear up before checkout, I had time to check the selection on breakfast, was impressed by the set up, coffee, tea, sugar, kettle, oats, milk, bread, peanut butter, jam, even colourful Cheerios If you happen to be with your young family( oh I forgot to mention they would have there own bed too!) I don’t do much reviews/ maybe not this long lol For the price, it’s a bargain and a pleasure. Hope I helped you call of the search. Have a great stay. God bless you, you are unique and important. Pros: Very clean, great rooms, great communal area. Particularly liked being able to use the kitchen area to prepare and cook own food.
Cons: Very limited and poor choice of continental breakfast. I stayed with my son who ate all of the options from the bedroom. Compared to my stay in 2016 when a wide variety of continental breakfasts and food for cooked breakfast was available, this was a disappointment, particularly as it wasn’t clear on booking.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel room was very clean and had everything I needed. They let me check in early by making the room available as I had travelled 3 ½ hours to get there and needed to attend a wedding. Staff were helpful and nice e.g. offering to help with my suitcase. The hotel is in a good location and had parking which was an absolute must for me. The street where the hotel is located is quiet and safe but conveniently also a 5 minute walk to a high street where there are loads of shops - tesco, boots, t x maxx, etc.
Cons: Breakfast was good but it would have been better if they had dairy free / vegan options such as vegan butter to put on my toast and soya milk for my tea.

6.0 Good
Pros: Staff not trained and not responding as expected speaking across the room rather than coming and speaking at the table Head Waitress was very nice once she opened up but appears to be very dour generally and the bare minimum of welcoming
Cons: We were warned ahead of our stay that weddings would take precedent and they did to the detriment of our stay and I wished we had taken the option cancel and book elsewhere. noisy and restricted access and mixed messages about having tea on the patio, not on the restricted area and was told we don't serve tea down there by a Spanish/French lady We were then informed by the Receptionist that we could have had tea We had to walk all the way around the hotel for access as we could not go through from front to back through the Hotel due to functions which is all very well and understandable but some consideration for movement should be considered
6.0 Good
Pros: Very soft bedding Quiet
Cons: Would be nice to have drinking water in room
4.6 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
6.7 Good
Pros: The breakfast was hot and well presented with good quality products.
Cons: The comfort of the mattress and pillows was one of the worst I have experienced, the pillows were old and flat and the mattress was worn out and every spring could be felt, thus been unable to sleep spoilt an otherwise good experience. Some of the wedding party I was with were at this hotel and some were at premier inn ,I have to say I have spent lots of nights at premier ins and slept much bettter with good mattress, pillows and whiter newer bed linen, but chose ''tis hotel as it looked more luxurious!

Pros: Stayed there to go to a function near by. Plenty of parking, very small rooms, but perfect for staying the night.
Cons: It’s in the Essex country side, so phone signal not available on some net works, but there is free WiFi so it’s easy to communicate with friends.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff friendly.
Cons: Smelly pillows, stained towels, no wardrobes, uncomfortable beds, bathroom floor awash each time a shower taken, nowhere to put anything down, almost no furniture, one tiny unreachable high window.
7.1 Good
Pros: A comfortable stay, rooms a little sparse - a table/dressing table would have been nice. We had an evening meal in the pub and this was excellent value - plenty of food and well cooked and presented. We also had the continental breakfast which was also good with enough choice.
Cons: Lack of places to put our clothes - only able to hang clothes on hangers on hooks on the wall. We were only there one night but it would have been nice to be able to take our clothes out of the case. Would also have been nice to have the use of a hair drier.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The food at the food at The Black Bull was excellent.
Cons: The room was very, very small no shelves in room or bathroom to put any items. Bed extremely uncomfortable. Towels in bathroom needed to be thrown away. Our friends room was the same, however, they only had a very small window near the ceiling and was unable to sleep because they were too hot and the fan didn’t work. Really sorry to give such a bad review, however, I would not want anyone to be disappointed as we were.

Pros: Everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn, room was comfortable and clean. Hotel overall was very quiet even though our room over looked a main road. Breakfast in the Brewers Fayre next door was good, plenty of choice and staff were very friendly.
Cons: Hotel is advertised as having on-site parking, which it does, this is a shared car par and there is a charge of £5 per 24hrs to hotel guests, very reasonable for parking in London, but can't remember seeing this in the details about the hotel.

7.5 Good
Pros: Had an amazing view of the city in the distance, which was a big plus. The location is okay, being next door to a BP/M&S and a McDonald's Ample car parking (albeit paid for)
Cons: I've stayed here before and the staff are usually really good and attentive. They insisted on taking a £30 security deposit for any accidentals (my £5 parking fee would come out of this); when I challenged the reason for this saying I would happily pay for parking up front, I was rudely shut down by a member of staff at check-in. This left quite a sour taste in my mouth if I'm honest. Breakfast was pretty basic, compared to other Holiday Inn Express' I have stayed at. No soap provided in the bathroom.
