Pros (+) The rooms were amazing - kitchen, bath, living/bedroom it was astounding. The beds were super comfortable and the room was huge. There is a breakfast in the morning - a step up from the standard continental fare. The fireplace in the lobby was not only functional but beautifully designed.
Cons (-) The staff can be quite rude - dependent on who you talk to for the day. We had a special early check in and the front desk was very rude and arguementative. After having the manager called they apologized and stated “they didn’t bother to read the note” which was right behind the desk (was actually taped to the wall).
