Good location Very attentive and friendly staff Food is excellent The Inn has a great atmosphere - good quality live music at night. Large clean bedroom
Small portable television in room (we had been put in one of the cottages at the rear of the inn, which was great) Water pressure on shower was poor, and if we tried to turn it up the shower cut out.
The friendly welcome and chat from the owners. The excellent breakfasts. The wonderful meals available in the evenings - absolutely top class.
Sometimes a long wait for food, although worth it when it arrived.
the restaurant served good meals and the service was very good
the room was dusty, cobwebs in the window, we asked for the room to be cleaned, but the bedroom was dusted but the bathroom was not touched, so overall not good at all, when complaining we was told we had booked to last room, 1st or last room they should all be as clean
Good value great em real ale
Very friendly welcome. Helpful staff. Good food
It could be said room decor is a little dated, but that does not detract from overall experience.
Hosts could not be more helpful and freindly - they really put themselves out for us.
Some of the bedroom furniture was a little tired and dated
Fully accessible room. Able to take our dog. Lovely restaurant
Car parking difficult if arriving late evening Friday & Saturday
Friendly hotel and reception
Room right on the road, and hence noisy, so did not sleep.
