The staff waited to greet us warmly, showed us to our room and even had sweet cakes, coffee and water waiting for us. The breakfast was delicious and more than plentiful. The kids really enjoyed the play area. We would most certainly not only recommend this location, but would seek it out the next time we are in Modlin. We didn’t stay nearly long enough!

Pros: Room was big and spacious. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Restaurant food was excellent as well.
Cons: Room was just cleaned when we arrived, so the smell of the cleaning products was really strong. Nothing that an open window wouldn’t fix, but there’s also no need for that much product ;)
Pros: This the best stay in Sochaczew of only few accomodation places available, but they still keep the high standards. A professional staff, wonderful breakfast and great, big bed.
Cons: Nothing to mention.

The smell of smokes was very very strong. firstly receptionist said that they havent other rooms and gave to us air freshener, when i refuse to take it a few minutes later they offered two other rooms - one of them didnt had strong smell of smokes. Cons: Administrator didn’t speak English. Too soft pillows.
Pros: Very good value for money. We could you use the kitchen facilities which was nice.
Cons: Only single beds, no doubles. Pillows were a bit lumpy. Looks a bit unfinished in places with cables sticking out of walls.
Pros: Room was clean, beds were separate and comfortable. Wifi was okay and fast.
Cons: Some minor stuff like broken socket in the bathroom and shower holder.
Pros: Very nice place to stay for night while traveling through Poland. Good breakfast. Thank you.
Pros: Breakfast was very nice and we were able to take our dog with us. Privet parking is a big plus.
Cons: The shower drain was partially blocked and the shower cabin was unstable. Beds where very narrow and something spiky was coming of the edges not to mention that we booked double and got twin room.

The Hotel Kawallo is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. For those who require internet access, the property features Wi-Fi in designated areas. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Airport pickup can be arranged by the hotel upon request. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent.
Pros: If you want a secluded stay this is great, a car is recommended. We walked to the nearest shop 3.5miles away however, the hotel itself is fantastic. Spa was great, very catering as we were English speaking and cannot speak a word of Polish. We were also given complementary room service for one day of our stay due to low numbers in the hotel.
Pros: Very spacious and clean room, good bed, lovely spa
Cons: Double bed was 2 singles with a hard edge in the middle, so not comfortable sleeping close to each other. Don’t go here without a car
Pros: Very responsive staff.
Pros: Amazing breakfast, very good restaurant, nice facilities
Pros: Is lovely location, amazing climate, beautiful garden, delicious food. Room was very nice clean very comfy beds, air condition was making great job in very warm days
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Clean air
Cons: Noisy at night
Pros: Good swimming pool though open only from 9am.
Cons: We had 3 incidents in one stay, far too much for a hotel claiming to be 4* and advertising their (used to be) 9.0 rating on booking.com. Firstly, our room was cold and even though staff first insisted it was warm they, later they discovered their heating system was off in a part of the building and they moved is to a different room. Secondly, the hotel restaurant that we booked greeted us when we arrived saying waiting time is estimated at 1.5 hours because they are short of staff in the kitchen. We had to drive to a nearby town instead. Thirdly, a stranger opened the door and entered our room at 1:30am. Then the receptionist arrived with new set of key cards because she mixed up everything and blocked our keys. All at 1:30am.
Pros: Swimming pool is great
Cons: Bed was too soft for me
Pros: Hotel with great but unused potential. One can really find everything he needs - a large room, easy parking, a swimming pool, a children's pool with hot water, a wellness area, a children's corner, nature around, restaurants. But ... far from waiting for four stars. You will hardly see some staff. If you really do not need four stars - and to the point of serving them the prices are three-stars - you will enjoy your stay. But if you expect luxury, you will be disappointed. Prepare with the fact that there is "nothing" around. Forests and fields. In December it was a bit sad. In the summer it can be very nice. Especially we would like to compliment one young waiter in a restaurant, he - as only member of the staff - was great..
Cons: At each turn, you feel that staff is missing here. In the restaurant, three days in a row, they did not have a roast scroll. When we went to the reception on the third day to ask if anyone came to clean the room (it was uncleaned three days) ... we got a handbag to bring the garbage to the reception. On the fourth day they came to clean - drain the baskets, wash the washbasin - and that was all - the vacuum cleaner did not even have. The rooms do not have a balcony, which probably would bother me in the summer. Temperatures fluctuated in saunas. I think the rooms have recuperation, the air was very dry and it was a bit more difficult to breathe at night, but that's my personal problem. We do not want to complain at all, we enjoyed our stay, but what options this hotel can offer, the management should probably work a bit differently. In Poland I am used to much better services

Pros: The location was ideal.
Cons: No issues
Pros: Price and service
Cons: Good breakfast
Pros: The location suited me perfectly
Pros: breakfast was fine, great selection. as such the room was also ok (despite the fact that somehow it wasn't cleaned - there was open bottle of mineral water on table and one used bathtowel on the floor). also the garden was beautiful.
Cons: but it was saturday evening and there was a kind of disco or smth in the hall of the same house. it meant extremely loud music through the walls until 1.30 AM, even through the pillow. (and some drunk fighting people outside.). hopefully at weekdays it is different-
Pros: Evening meal choice value and quality was excellent. Staff were friendly and spoke english
Pros: the hotel was okay
Cons: price was too big standard and location rating of the place is way too big, trust me, I travel a lot in Poland, it does not deserve ~9 rating or something like that. Should be max 6-7 - and this is misinforming. I can't trust booking rating anymore. the hotel is super simple, small narrow beds, etc. The breakfast was standard, nothing special.
