Pros: The kyoto room was beautiful. Secluded and peaceful no foot traffic ever passes by room. My wife enjoyed a nice bath in the spa tub. Mandy was a terrific host who was very knowledgeable and kind. The breakfast was a wonderful treat. We will return we enjoyed our stay.
Cons: gardners showed way to early disrupted our privacy, wood on sides of bed makes it hard to climb into bed wood at rear of bed ok. To make room complete japanese theme they should offer kimono robes, just a thought. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.
At Inn at Depot Hill, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Mystery Spot. The spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day, and freebies like breakfast, WiFi, and self parking are added perks. Rooms at this upscale bed & breakfast get the details right with nice touches like fireplaces, comfy beds, and bathrobes.
Pros: This Hotel was secluded and I had to have a procedure done at PALO ALTO. It was everything quite and lovely. I took the Uber to the Palo Alto $20 and my ride brought me back. Lift would have been cheaper.
Cons: There are two main entrances one on the fourth floor and one on fourth ave a little weird
Pros: Lovely inn, great location, helpful staff.
Staff was not very helpful on area attractions. Very helpful on hotel questions.
Pros: The room was great. Spacious, Clean and everything you would want in a room.
Cons: The Breakfast was a disappointment. For a Bed /Breakfast I would think you would have a full breakfast.
Pros: Elegant, quiet hotel in a small town. Just what I was looking for. Room was clean and comfortable. View from the window was of a wooded area and brick paths to local shopping
Cons: Would have liked to have a hot meal at breakfast however only cold items served. Also would like to have had a microwave in the room.
I stayed for the proximity to the mountain winery where I was seeing a concert. The location is fantastic...lots of cute shops and places to eat in the area.
Pros: Free breakfast in the morning and wine/snacks in the evening?! Perfection! The room was beautiful...loved the tiny little balcony for a peaceful morning with the paper and some fruit from the breakfast bar. I would stay again in a heartbeat!
Pros: Great location - walk to Saratoga's main street - large room with comfortable furniture - floor to ceiling windows that look out on gorgeous trees. Very nice front desk staff - wine and cheese happy hour -
Pros: proximity to town, restaurants.
Cons: styrofoam coffee cups.
Charming place where I've stayed before. Love the setting and the balcony to the creek, as well as sitting outside for breakfast in the mornings. Would have liked TWO treadmills in the gym, but we realize it's a small hotel, so it was nice to have a gym at all. We were a little thrown by the signs at EVERY entrance to the parking that says 'DO NOT ENTER'! What's that about?
Pros: Loved having breakfast outside on the patio (although we couldn't drink the watery coffee, it was so bad). After the first morning, we knew to go to the coffee shop near by and bring our own back.
Super cute hotel. Comfy beds. Will come back again!
Pros: clean and great location
Cons: limited breakfast
Cute, friendly, and simple. I enjoyed staying there.
Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly, gym was empty, clean and all in working order! Yay! Bed was very comfortable too!
Cons: Felt that for the price per night, amenities: lotion, soap, etc. could have been better.
Pros: Its very quaint and charming
Cons: Nothing, it exceeded our expectations. We will certainly be back.
Please see above.
Pros: 1. It was first class in every detail. 2. It was quiet. 3. It was beautifully decorated and appointed with artwork. 4. The wine and cheese hour on the patio was perfection.
Enjoy your visit to Saratoga with a stay at The Inn at Saratoga. Guests can visit the fitness center for a workout, and free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 6:30 AM and 9:30 AM. Other highlights include a garden, and rooms offer balconies and iPod docks.
Pros: After spending a few days in a tradional style hotel, it was so nice to stay at a B&B. The boutique atmosphere makes you feel right at home. As soon as we arrived there was a social hour where couples were enjoying wine and cheese and a glass of wine on one of the shaded decks. We checked in and were immediately offered homemade cookies. The staff was very friendly, the room we stayed in had character and was exceptionally clean. My daughter was exhausted from all the traveling and whenever she walked into the bathroom and saw a rubber duck on the edge of the tub, she seemed at peace. I ran her a bath and she played with the duck and went to bed. Our only regret was that we only stayed one night.
Cons: The skylight over the bed lit up the room too early in the morning. They really need to find a way to block out the light. Also, we needed to use the pullout couch, and it was very uncomfortable. Saying that, we would most likely find a different room within the B&B, as we really enjoyed or stay. They did an exceptional job creating a cozy ambiance. It reinforced that we should always book B&B's when traveling.
Pros: Great stay! Very quaint and relaxing. Breakfast was wonderful and cookies were awesome. Staff was helpful and accomodating. Would stay again.

Pros: I just wish we had booked a longer stay!!!! Beautiful and luxurious, excellent service and amenities, and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE!!!!

Pros: Friendly service; nice smells as soon as you walk in the lobby; updated and stylish decor in lobby and rooms; comfortable beds; coffee and amenities in the lobby area with computer and printer/copier; free breakfast and buffet has a really nice selection. Where the hotel is set, is just beautiful!
Cons: Not alot

Pros: Upscale hotel very close to the beach. The interiors are very well appointed and well thought off. The heated pool and hot tub are quite awesome and the pool side bar is a blessing. They have got cabanas on pool side, which can either be reserved or on first come first serve basis (did not use, so not so sure). The Solaire in house restaurant is quite upscale and offers quite a variety of sumptuous eating options. Overall an excellent hotel with courteous staff.
Cons: The rooms are a bit small, which probably is due to the expensive real estate and demand for rooms in the area. The room service is quite slow, if at all they turn up to service you, which was slightly disappointing. Parking could be a problem if you get in late in night, and the parking spots are quite close together. I was quite worried That someone is going to bang into my car while opening the door.
Pros: The hotel staff gave our party of 150 people 5 star service, the food created for the buffet was excellent, valet service for our guests was a wonderful touch, the ballroom was spacious with tasteful decor, and our private room was clean and well designed. Above all our event planner was knowledgeable and accommodating!
Cons: I can't come up with a negative comment.
Pros: the shower,
Cons: the rooms were small
Pros: No complaints. Accommodated all of our requests. Would stay here again.
Cons: Restaurant service was terrible!!
Pros: Overall this is a good hotel with very nice staff. What I expect from a Marriott. Everything was clean and there was tons of parking for self park. Our room was spacious and the hotel was quite. The pool looked very popular for families and the restaurant always had people in it- but we didn't visit either.
Cons: Not sure why they charge you to self park @ $10 a night.
Pros: The staff is actually warm and welcoming, not just cold or professional. The rooms are smart and clean and the beds are unusually comfortable. The decor and cleanliness of the pool area is refreshing; the bar attached to the pool deck is a very nice touch.
Cons: The jets in the spa were weak to non-existent. I am a "spa snob" though, so my judgment may be overstated. I have a bad back, so I always look for places with a spa. I am, nevertheless, glad that the Paradox had a spa: the water was hot and the water was clean. For that, I am grateful. However, without working jets, I have to give the Paradox less than a perfect rating. Please excuse my snobbery.
Pros: Overall I really liked the concept of the hotel. My room was comfortable and well designed. The lobby, pool area, and touches like the mats by the elevator were nice. Staff was very helpful and kind when I complained about the pool issues, the manager of the restaurant let me know that they're going to hire a pool attendant.
Cons: This hotel is a distance from the beach and on a very busy road so I feel like the people including myself book it because of the pool area which has a great design and an area to eat outside and enjoy the sun. There were clear rules around the pool, no kids under 14 in the hot tub, no children not potty trained in the pool, no jumping or diving from the sides of the pool. No employee of the hotel or restaurant was enforcing these rules when I was there for a 2 day getaway from my home in San Francisco. I witnessed a baby in a diaper in the heated pool, there were children under 14, under 5 years old and babies, with their parents in the hot tub, and adults and children dive bombing the pool so I was getting splashed with water when I was trying to relax. This hotel is in the Marriott chain, Marriott knows what's safe and posted all of the rules, the hotel needs to enforce them so everyone, people with kids and without, can enjoy their stay.
Cons: Parking situation was odd. Lot was under construction and hard to understand how to enter the hotel. Don't think that there should have been a charge for self parking.
Pros: Great facility, good location. Sweet shower! Nice towels. Coffee maker and fridge in room. Comfortable beds.
Cons: nothing off hand
Pros: Great location, convenient to downtown, it's been relatively recently refurbished and is easy on the eye.
Cons: Little noisy, could clearly hear the people in adjacent rooms. They weren't noisy people, weren't partying or a nuisance, but you could clearly hear them talk, cough.
Pros: Friendly staff, clean, nice pool , big shower
Cons: Eco designer's bad dream. Tree stump coffee table in room to match wood grain tile, cast iron squiireels hanging from dining room hall. Besides having a radio tower directly opposite the rear rooms of the hotel, the bathroom noise was incredible. Jet flush toilet, bathroom fan to wake the dead and bathroom barn door on metal track . What were they thinking? Fire alarm at 4:12 am, no robes in room, chipped water glass, clock radio alarm went off at 5:30 we did not set. Waited for 20 minutes at breakfast to be told that they could not soft boil an egg, so we cancelled breakfast and left.
If you look beyond the surfer image of Santa Cruz, you’ll find things hidden in plain sight: Rugged mountains, majestic redwoods and a vibrant community. From the architectural gridded façade, to the sleek design and urban forest aesthetic, we challenge you with bold contradiction. The element of surprise begins in the lobby with an enormous eucalyptus tree posing as the front desk. Whatever brings you to the original “Surf City”, you will enjoy a curated experience where the ambiance is contemporary, inviting and a little bit mysterious. Around every corner, we will stir your sense of adventure and make you question what is obvious. Whether you decide to relax by our outdoor pool, explore the iconic Santa Cruz boardwalk on one of our cruisers or take a short drive to the majestic redwoods; we are here to point you in whichever direction you choose and will offer you an experience exactly like nothing else. Hotel Paradox…Expect the Unexpected
Pros: Our room was just perfect. We so enjoyed breakfast the next morning in the Verve Restaurant. Great choices, well-prepared and a staff that showed they cared! The smoked duck omelet was fantastic! We needed a place to crash after our fun time at the U2 Concert and this was a great choice.
Pros: Very nice place, old but well maintained
Cons: I couldn't figure out where to park.
Pros: The staff was really really nice and everything was clean and mostly modern
Cons: The rooms still felt older but it still had a lot ofoder amenities
Pros: I've been staying at the Toll House hotel four times a year for the past several years. For past visits the "free" WiFi used to be very slow, intermittent, and required constant re-logging in (or you could pay a daily fee to get adequate service). This visit I was pleased to see that they had upgraded the WiFi: it remains free and provided quite good performance throughout my stay,
Pros: Location. Second room was very nice.
Pros: Food was very good
A good clean room and comfortable bed
Fronting the Santa Cruz Mountains on Santa Cruz Avenue, this Silicon Valley hotel is just 1 block from historic downtown Los Gatos and 2 miles from the region's closest wineries.
Pros: The customer service is superior, the location is ideal. The room looked nice just a couple minor areas things needed to be addressed. TV did not work and the cleaning crew needed to revisit our room. They addressed my concerns immediately!!
Pros: The staff was really helpful and kind. The view is gorgeous and it's close to everything. The room was clean and upgraded.
Cons: There was still some renovations going on an it was very confusing when trying to find our way around the facility.
Pros: I like the location and the service.
Cons: This hotel at $600/night is wildly overpriced. It should be $250-300 at most. I didn't even get free parking (had to pay $25/day) even though I was completely ripped off. Unfortunately I had no other viable options.
Pros: great view, awesome pool and restaurant, perfect location
Pros: Great hotel for the entire family! Walking distance to the wharf and boardwalk. The views of the ocean from each hotel room are fantastic. We will do it again!
Pros: Loved the location. The rooms were small but nice and clean. The restaurant is really nice with great views.
Cons: The pools and hot-tub are filthy and 90% kids under 5. The hotel carpets common bathrooms and stuff are just Dirty.
Staff RARELY pick up the phone when you need something.
They automatically charge you a $25/night Parking fee whether you park there or not.
Pros: Over looked the beach and ocean.
Cons: On our Room Service to the pool. The food was cold. That's the only thing I didn't like.
Pros: All rooms oceanfront with balconies.
Clean, vibrant and great location.
Nice restaurant on property, Aquarius.
Fire pits, pool, spa.
Cons: Rooms do not black out
No bell hop
Pros: beachfront room. that's it.
Cons: $300 and didn't even get a bottle of water in the room. they told me they "don't do that anymore"
poor condition of bathroom
overall run down feeling
Pros: You can't beat the location, but the price is steep.
Cons: Lots of families and kids around the pool. I was staying with a friend and we could hear a lot of noise from the rooms on either side of us, which was difficult to sleep through. It wasn't late night noise. It was early morning families rising before 6am on Sunday morning.
Pros: We have not been to Santa Cruz in years, and have never stayed at The Dream Inn. We will definitely be back. What a beautiful venue and location. Our room was lovely, and the front desk service polite, service oriented and professional.
A Santa Cruz, CA favorite for surfing, sunsets and the freshest seafood, the Dream Inn is a beloved local landmark on the historic Beach Boardwalk. Effortlessly captivating longtime guests with its colorful retro-chic style while delighting newcomers who appreciate modern services and amenities, this full-service beachfront hotel features 165 guest rooms (all with ocean views), an outdoor pool steps from the sand, exceptional seasonal cuisine at Aquarius, drinks at Jack O’Neill Lounge and state-of-the-art meeting and event space for up to 250 guests.
Pros: Staff was friendly and the room was great. I will stay there again when I go to Santa Cruz
Cons: I had trouble connecting to the internet.
Pros: The location and friendly service. Great experience. Will return in the future.
Pros: Free Parking in secure lot
Cons: Room was too small for two people, no closet, no wifi when I checked in, no phone to call desk clerk (who wasn't on site) about issues.
No elevator ( I have a mobility problem). Clerk answered my complaints with an attitude. I would not stay here again.
Rio Vista Suites offers a great location, putting you within just a 10-minute walk of Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Main Beach. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast available daily. Rooms at this Victorian hotel get the details right with fireplaces, iPod docks, and bathrobes.
The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. It's out dated. The rooms are at best a 2star
Pros: The hotel has a nice view
Cons: The room had no air conditioning. The windows had to be opened to get any cool air. The problem was it was very warm when we were there. We had to leave our room and go to the hotel lobby to get get fooled down. It has an old look. The room is outdated.
Facilities The resort comprises a total of 249 rooms. Services and facilities at the hotel include a restaurant, a dining area, a bar, room service and a conference room. Guests with their own vehicles can make use of the available parking spaces. Rooms The accommodation's comfortable accommodation units offer a pleasant stay. Sports/Entertainment The holiday complex offers attractions including sport and entertainment opportunities. A dip in the swimming pool is great for getting into the holiday spirit. The complex offers tennis (for a fee) to travellers. Additional services include an entertainment programme for children, offering numerous activities.
Pros: I arrived for a 3 night 4 day stay over 4th of July
The front desk was friendly however, not overly informative as I had heard them be to one of their preferred Hilton points member which was awkward. The layout of the hotel is clearly inconvenient. To get to my room on the 6th floor it required me to take an elevator to the 4th floor walk across to the other side of the building and take the 2nd elevator to the 6th walk across to the other end to reach my room.
The room was clean and nice just like the pictures. The view after you got over the parking lot was beautiful of the mountains.
For those who need it this hotel is "super dog friendly" and "family / little children" friendly as well.
As a single older adult I did not appreciate that the pool and hot tub was filled with kids no matter what time of the day you went. Two pools on the property would have been great.
Room service was exceptional, prompt reasonable and delicious I ordered a BLTA and it was well prepared they even added a fruit cup you could tell a chef prepared my meal. However, on my last morning I again ordered from room service. Same order but this time someone slapped a sandwich together used shredded lettuce on a BLTA ?? Who does that?
I did also go to the cafe for morning breakfast $15 buffet it had a pretty good selection. The welcoming staff lacked enthusiasm to welcoming you in.
The bar area was great and Christy, Kim and Alex were attentive and personable.
I did manage to lock myself out of my room as I put the room service tray out into the hall. I approached the hotel maid who was cleaning the room next door. She was a petrified deer in the head lights gal as I explained my situation. She proceeded to tell me:
1) she didn't have a phone to call the front desk for me
2) she wouldn't use the room phone to call the front desk nor would lil suzanna allow me to use that phone.
3) sorry no can help was her response
4) I found the house phone at the other end of the floor and called the front desk they stated tell the maid that so n so said it was ok to open the door I returned to the maid she replied ok and kept vacuuming clueless to our conversation I had with her
5) I gave her a few minutes to finish the task at hand & walked back to the maid to say helllooo can you open the door? She then LIED that her key doesn't open any of the rooms. REALLY? Then how did you open every room on the floor?
6) I walked back to the house phone reexplained my situation they said they would send someone with a master key.
7) 25 min later still no one so I took the long walk and 2 elevators later to the front desk barefoot to top it off the hallway connecting the elevators had just been shampoo'd so now my feet are wet yuck!!! So I got two new keys and got back in my room lesson learned!!!
15 min later an additional room key was shoved under my door purpose????
For the price this place isn't as luxurious as the pics suggests
Needless to say, I won't be back!
Cons: Didn't clean our room. Downgraded us from a king to two queens.
Pros: Conveniently located to the highway. Friendly front desk staff. Parking was convenient with multiple options in front and back of hotel. Ease of use with the restaurant/lounge in the lobby.
Cons: Housekeeping staff was noisy in the hallway speaking to each other. They started knocking on doors at 9am to clean the room when checkout is at noon. Also the AC unit in the room made a loud clunking noise when turning on and off.
Pros: The location. Quiet and tastefully decorated. Loved the blackout curtains
We wished they had given us enough towels as we were three people. I was able to hunt down a housekeeper and she was very accomodating
Pros: Pool and spa
Grounds all fantastic
Cons: Then there was one employee that called himself the manager on duty. Now Ive been in management for 30 years and I would have to say that even at a fast ood establishment would have at the least suspended this individual with a written warning if they were worth keeping as an employee. His name is Kenny and he wad rude and condescending and wasn't willing to do anything to make it easier or more convenient for me. Not very Hilton like in my opinion.
Pros: The rooms are quiet, good-sized, and have light blocking curtains.
Pros: Nice and clean..pool was open in warm at the end of October.
Cons: Breakfast didn't start until 7am, may have been because it was a Sat? Also, the coffee in the lobby wasn't out until 7. Needed it after flying in from NY. Very minor complaints.
Pros: Friendly staff. Great food at the restaurant. Lively bar area. Bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and neat.
Cons: Light and exhaust in bathroom were not working the first night of stay. It took two visits to front desk the next day to have it fixed.
Cons: Kind of hard to get around the work being done-need maps!
Pros: The hotel itself is very pretty. Love that the windows in the rooms open all the way!
Cons: Service, especially in the bar and rrestaurant were very slow and not attentive. We had one meal that was good with great service but the other two, especially breakfast were extremely slow. We weren't asked if we would like a drink even!
Pros: The hot breakfast was decent.
Cons: First room had a extremely noisy refrigerator and a screaming baby next door. Front desk said I could unplug the fridge, but I couldn't. I needed the fridge for medicine. I was then offered ear plugs. Really earplugs? I have never heard of such a thing. Bed was too soft elevator setup was ridiculous. One elevator will take you part way up and then you have to walk down two corridors to get to the second elevator to get to the higher floors.

Pros: Staff seemed readily available when assistance was needed.
Nice layout of hotel. Nice garden. Decent buffet breakfast.
Cons: Ate at restaurant and found a long hair in my salad. Nasty. Made me carefully inspect every other bite I had during my stay.
Pros: grounds, restaurant very good
Pros: To me, I honestly loved having a patio included in our room. Also, when we ordered room service, my grandson asked for a kids meal, and it was a pleasant surprise for him and us to not only get a drink with his dinner but a free chocolate sundae as well. The next night when my husband and I ate somewhere else, he asked to come back to the hotel so he could eat dinner there again,
Cons: Even though the breakfast is free, most of it was cold. I think it would really help out if you put in a microwave that could be used in the dining room. Bring it in for breakfast and remove it for the dinner crowd. Your hotel was the first ever that did not offer a way to heat my food, and cold waffles just does not suit my fancy.

Pros: This hotel was very clean & the breakfast very satisfactory.
Cons: It took quite awile to check in because there was only one clerk & seversl of us arrived at once.
Pros: We enjoy plush hotel emenities, with very comfy bed. Enclosed and safe hotel bedroom. Clean!! And quiet.
And very nice breakfast
Cons: Parking charge $7 a day?? Not sure why?
Not mentioned in booking:-/
Pros: The rate cane dramatically vary in this town and at this hotel. When the rate is good we always stay here, it has the best amenities, nothing too fancy, but super nice, comfortable, tasty breakfast with lots of options. Feels more like home.
Cons: Nothing. This place is always great.
Pros: Continental Breakfast had a lot of options and it was only a short drive from the hotel to sunset beach!
Cons: Hot tub was closed for repair :(
Only one elevator brought some wait time in the morning.
Pros: The receptionist was really nice and had our room cleaned ASAP because we got to Santa Cruz early. The room was really nice and big and so was the bathroom.
Cons: Some worker knocked on the door at 8am to drop the bill under the door, maybe the cleaning lady? But we had to do not disturb note on the door and thought it was kind of obnoxious.
Pros: It was convenient
Cons: Breakfast is mediocre and charged for parking.
Pros: Good location
Pros: Very clean and quiet. Nice.
Pros: Safe parking, great breakfast!

Cons: Breakfast area is very small and can only accommodate two families.

Pros: The room was spacious for one or two adults, furniture & deco were pleading & not garish. The bed was comfortable - no soreness & refreshed in the morning. The bathroom's great - double shower & a separate vanity station so 2 can easily share & get ready simultaneously. The office & housekeeping staff were very nice, informative & accomodating. My son is ending is undergrad time at UCSC & I'm sure that I'll be staying here again this summer as we transition him to his next academic pursuit.
Cons: Parking spaces are too small - some are just silly access-wise. Also, access to the hotel is right on a roundabout. This is a pain in the ass & will confuse your GPS app :( More of a city problem (everybody hates the roundabouts) than a hotel problem but be aware.
Pros: Great location - quick walk to the water. Staff was great - friendly at check-in, brought us a crib for the little one. Pool and breakfast included. Obviously not a 5-star resort, but I would definitely go back for a nice, convenient place to stay in Santa Cruz
Pros: Only several minutes walk to the beach! The location is convenient and close to everything. We booked the king room with jetted tub. The room was very clean, I thought the layout was a bit odd but we managed and it actually worked out great! The bed was super comfortable! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer because the rain started to come in and we wanted to make it back home before the storm came. The pool area from where I could see on the third floor looked decent. Each floor had ice and vending machines which was awesome! I wasn't hungry so we didn't look at the breakfast options and I'm bummed I didn't. The staff were pleasant. Overall, we'd definitely come back! Well worth the money!
Cons: The jetted tub were a little outdated but it was huge!
Pros: Close to the beach.
Cons: Two wall plus didn't work. Strong smell of cleaning products. We had to air out the room. Asked for a quiet room but room was facing pool. Maid came in without us having a chance to respond to her one knock.
Pros: The location is fantastic, close to the beach and downtown. Love that they have bicycle rentals now. The staff is great, very friendly and professional. The pool is nice and clean.
Cons: We stayed here 2 years ago and it seems to have gone downhill since then. The furniture was beat up, the linens soiled. It was a busy weekend in Santa Cruz and the rates were very high as well.
Pros: Staff was excellent; very nice and helpful. Location was convenient. Room was clean.
Cons: There was a $20 charge for the rollaway bed, and $25 charge for a late checkout (12 - 3PM). Bed was a little uncomfortable.
Pros: The beds were very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The vending machines were broken.. The parking lot was full on a Monday night and the spaces are so small every car was double parked ( very frustrating). I especially didn't like how the hotel sat on a busy street corner. The pool area also closed very early, 9pm which seemed strange for a vacation town..
Pros: I had a great time in my visit to ocean pacific lodge the room was great the location is excellent the breakfast was filling and delicious
Cons: No smoking rooms or designated smoking areas.
When you stay at Ocean Pacific Lodge, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Main Beach. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, and surfing/boogie boarding and segway rentals/tours are nearby. Rooms feature conveniences like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Loved it. The staff was extra friendly and very helpful.
Pros: We hadn't been to Santa Cruz in so long and just wanted a nice place to relax and we found that ! It was a bit noisy at times but loved it there. Room was so nice ! Nicely decorated. Clean and beds comfortable ! We had been there before with granddaughters many years ago and so there was many good memories ! Price was good and breakfast outstanding !! Staff was very friendly and helpful when we didn't know how to do the AC. I would defiantly go again. !!
Cons: The only thing that I wished I could have run the AC (keeping it on ) for white noise cause husband snores. lol but that's not your fault !!
Pros: Awesome Value, Fair Price, Friendly Staff, Great included breakfast in the morning, they weren't too pushy at checkout time, the beds and pillows were soooo comfy I didn't want to leave. Rooms were nice and very clean, easily the nicest comfort inn I have ever stayed at. DirecTV cable boxes in each room.
Cons: I enjoyed everything about this stay
Pros: The room was overall clean.
Pros: Clean room
Cons: fan makes noise
small breakfast area
Pros: The desk clerk, Brandy, gave us quick, effective help when we were having trouble making the reservation online. When we stayed at the motel, we found that kind of friendly help always available, and the beds exceedingly comfortable. The free breakfast was very extensive and well managed.

Pros: Slept well. Close to everything.
Myself and my 3 teens had a pleasant stay.
Cons: Clean. Quiet. Good location. Comfortabl
Pros: Included breakfast was nice and had a variety of selection. Walk-in shower was great
Cons: Room was slightly musty, but once we turned on AC on, it was comfortable
Pros: The continental breakfast
Cons: The fact the room I booked wasn't available but they gave me a free upgrade :)
Pros: The sana was my favorite part. The room was clean. The young lady who checked us in was very sweet.
Cons: When we arrived they informed us that all the fireplaces in the rooms don't work since they aren't up to code. That was a little upsetting. Then I took the elevator up to my room and noticed the inspection permit was expired. They need to work on spending money where they need it instead of making a massive pot of eggs and 500 strips of bacon every morning
Cons: Too expensive
Pros: Like the breakfast areas, the seating area outside of the room.
Cons: Couldn't connect my HDMI to tv. Locked down.
Pros: Close to beach, boardwalk, and downtown.
Cons: Weird room layout, unfriendly staff, no pool - jacuzzi only, breakfast was chaos.no tub in double room to bathe children.
Cons: Needs more parking. Too many rooms and not enough b places to park. On the plus side...Buffet was great! Rooms were clean and cozy and it was relatively peaceful and quiet.
Pros: Large and comfortable rooms. Well maintained facilities. Good value for the money. True, reserved one year in advance for commencement at UCSC.
Cons: BW SC is a bit dated and free parking spaces are narrow but not a big deal.
Pros: Waffle makers with whip cream, choc. chips and sprinkles made the breakfast a real treat for our 8 yr-old.
Pros: Walkable to Cannery District.
Cons: All rooms face an open atrium, may be noisy at times.
