Pros: History was cool. Golf was fun. Location is great.
Cons: Bathroom was very small. Shower almost impossible for my 6’4” son. And there were ants.
Pros: The history and setting of the lodge
Cons: Very old and tired rooms Meal at restaurant very poor
Pros: Staying in a grand, historic hotel in a national park is a delightful and rare experience. The grand hall is an architectural spectacular and a throwback to when hotel guests mingled and conversed about their experiences adventuring in the wilds.
Cons: The room, while spacious and comfortable, was a bit dingy and spartan.
Pros: The lobby, the setting
Cons: They could use a pastry chef
Cons: The loud music played each night past 9. The main area echos so much so it was impossible to get to sleep after a long day. Any noise at all from the main area came into the room so it meant that at 6 when the coffee place opens and people are moving around I was awoken each morning. Very frustrating.
Pros: Visits to Glacier National Park
Cons: Rooms could have been bigger but that is the nature of the property
Pros: The feel of the grand age of travel is well maintained.
Cons: The dinning room significantly failed to meet expectations. We arrived for dinner at 7:30pm on a Wednesday, the room was only about 60% full. We waited 20 minutes before someone filled our water glasses, another 20 minutes before our waiter stopped by to take our order. He messed up our drink order, that we waited another 20 minutes for. 45 minutes after placing our food order (8:55pm), the waiter apologized for the delay and said our food would be along shortly. 10 minutes later he dropped off some chips, 'on the house'. At 9:20pm our food came but while he had written on his pad our order correctly, he had entered it incorrectly into their system. Another 20 minutes before we all were eating (9:40pm). The manager apologized and told us she was comping the incorrect meal and giving us all free dessert. Because it was after 10pm by now we ordered the huckleberry bread pudding to go so we could get our 9y/o to bed (long day/early start next morning). Upon getting back to our room we discovered 1 lackluster piece of dessert instead of the correct number.
Pros: Liked location, historical significance and hotel tour. Food was good. Liked lounge for dining option. Flowers were beautiful. Staff helpful for hikes.
Cons: Bathroom was terrible. Understand size is due to historical building but fixtures were outdated, leaking and poorly maintained. Peeling and chipped paint in bathroom was dirty and disgusting. Service at Prince of Wales hotel was more professional and respectful. A shopkeeper in Waterton told us she’d heard Glacier Lodge was “slipping”.
Pros: Liked the historic hotel and the location.
Cons: The shower was a 2 X 2 stall. It was like taking a shower in a straight jacket. Our room was near the noisy stairs. There was no elevator. People drug luggage up and down the stairs banging on every step. Children ran back and forth on the floor above us sounding like a herd of buffalo.
Pros: Beautiful, historic property
Cons: Rooms sorely in need of updating

Pros: Awesome location, friendly staff
Pros: The location is breathtaking, the cabin very attractive, the staff friendly and helpful, and the beds okay. The hot water ran out before all of us could shower, but we simply staggered. All in all, we'd definitely recommend this place!
Cons: Perhaps a couple more options at breakfast and stronger hot water, but overall, we enjoyed ourselves.
Pros: Rustic but comfortable, and the view of the Rockies is breathtaking. The meals at the lodge were delicious. No internet or cell service in the cabins (wi-fi in the lodge only) but neat & clean and a very short walk back to the lodge. We stayed in the Running Rabbit cabin, with a view of the mountains in the front picture window. Highly recommended, and Paul is an amazingly well-informed host.
Cons: No complaints
Pros: Little piece of Heaven! Very quiet! No phone or TV. Just you and Mother Nature.
Cons: Was cold when we stayed and the heater didn’t warm the room much. Won’t be a problem later in the season.
Pros: View. Clean. Nice guy.
Cons: Cold cabin! No breakfast as advertised! Charges came to more than guaranteed. We were disappointed!!
Pros: All of the staff were lovely.

Pros: Owner was very helpful & accommodating.
Cons: We never stayed at the hotel because according to the receptionist, you guys overbooked the site and they in turn canceled my reservation. So when my husband and I arrived, we had nowhere to stay. It was a very bad situation… I will never book another hotel through you again…

Pros: Proprietor (Judy) was friendly and helpful. The staff did a good job of cleaning the room everyday. Good location, close to the east side of Glacier Park. Heater works well and room was cool at night.
Cons: No coffee, not even in the lobby of motel. To get coffee, you would have to go across the street and buy some every morning- I finally bought a coffee maker to use in the room. The shower is functional, but definitely dated.
