The motel staff were excellent and very helpful. They were there whenever we need anything, likes towels or whatever we needed. Mary, one the clerks was especially helpful and friendly.
The only thing that we didn't like about the hotel was that the hot was down cause there was a problem with a part that didn't work.We had a great time and we were able to have our dog with us. A lot of hotels will not allow pets with them. The hotel was in a great locations, close to downtown and places to eat.
Room not clean, door didn't shut properly, refridgerator and air conditioner didn't work correctly. Not clean and problems with equipment. When reported to staff they didn't seem to care.
The overall appearance of the property is showing age and in poor condition. We used to stay there when it was the Holiday Inn.The free breakfast was one over cooked scrambled egg, two half cooked sausages and a cup of coffee.
Air conditioner did not cool, public areas full of cigarette butts. Fridge too small.Hotel needs renovating. Maids did not clean the room after the second day there. Had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels. Air conditioner was not cooling.
The hotel offered a n/c hot breakfast, which was very good.
Rooms were very dated and furniture very worn. Construction workers occupied many of the rooms and they hung out in the parking lot smoking and drinking with their buddies. I was not comfortable leaving and returning to my roomThis hotel should not be rated as a two star. It is not of the caliber most of your listings are of the same rating. The billboard on the outside of the hotel offered a lowere price than I paid for the room with Priceline.
