Pros. We loved the location, as you could walk to everything and it was a nice reasonable walk to the train station. The bed and bathroom were fine, and it was just the right size for 2 people. The view out the window was nice, and we weren't bothered by other guests or noise outside.
Cons. We had trouble getting in touch with the staff in order to check in. They sent us instructions via email, but since we didn't have access to internet we were pretty confused. They don't stay at the front desk all of the time, so you have to track down the staff at their other location. After the initial check in, the building was easy to access and the staff was friendly and helpful
