Djamil Zenasni knew what he was doing when he purchesed this vast listed building in the historic centre of Bruges. He oversaw its meticulous renovation, using environmentally-friendly materials where possible, and now the house looks splendid. One part of the house (No. 10) has been converted into a B& amp B with a lounge (with open fireplace), dining room, kitchen, terrace and garden on the ground floor. On the first floor are the beautiful Red Suite, with double bed, lounge and bathroom, and the smaller Blue Room with an old-fashioned bathroom on a mezzanine. On the second floor, under the eaves, is the lovely White Suite with bedroom, office or second bedroom, lounge, fitted kitchen and bathroom, making it ideal for families or longer stays. All the rooms are tastefully decorated with pretty wallpaper, sofas in lovely hues made by Djamil, very comfortable beds, pleasant bathrooms and an automated low-tension electrical circuit. Breakfast is served in the dining room and includes many organic ingredients, such as home-made cheese! A delightful new address that is sure to be talked about!
Fantastic little hotel, beautifully furnished rooms, exceptionally nice owner/staff, everything about it was excellent.
Wifi wasn't working an for the price having the shower and bathroom outside of the room should have been fully disclosed.
No wifi. Bathroom and bathtub outside of the room wasn't disclosed so came as a surprised especially for the price paid.
Beautiful building, large room. Owner and his family are very friendly. This hotel felt more like a B & B than a hotel. Very quiet area of Bruges, just 5 minute walk from Market Square.
Great location, great price, wonderful staff
