Pros (+) It was directly beside 95 so direct access to highway, beds were comfortable, and over all clean.
Cons (-) Being close to 95 you heard all cars all the time with uninsulated windows. The heater was beyond loud and if you shut it off the room was freezing. Had to get extra blankets just to sleep. To get the breakfast I would have had to walk outside around the building to get it, which was too cold. And the walls were paper thin so you heard everything from neighbors or outside.
