Pros: For my purposes the location was perfect. Also the staff were very friendly. I was surprised by the whole property as the grounds are beautiful and the neighborhood is very quiet.
Good restaurants nearby, nice location, not far from the beaches.
Pros: everything about our stay was fantastic, the home, grounds, staff and food very well done and thought out.Would definitely stay again

Pros: All inclusive is a more efficient and productive billing method.
Cons: Thin walls, loud neighbors, exterior needs paint, weather was terrible and hotel did not seem prepared for bad weather options.
Pros: The best vacation I ever had. The place is clean and safe. I have stayed on the resort because it fulfills all my needs. In the evening they have local vendors come in to sell items to take home as gifts. For example 'T-shirts, hand bags, jewelry...etc
Cons: No. Just perfect! By the way, all the staff here speaks English wish is good because my Spanish is not too good.
Pros: The staff, the location, the food and the resort credits

Pros: The drinks and food on the beach was affordable. The rooms were clean and nicely outfitted with a kitchen with nice market a short walk away. Easily can make meals inside the room if family on small budget.
Only 2 real complaints: 1. Excessive time neesed for Check In/Out. So many staff throughout the facility. But only 2 at Check In/Out. Took almost an hour to Check In and to Check Out. Not a good way to start and end the relationship. 2. No good english communication. You need to keep your towels and use Hospitality Suite before Checking Out. Otherwise no towels supplied inside Hospitality.
Pros: The resort is starting to look old, nothing terrible though and the price was ok
Cons: Checkou took 1hr and they force you to ysve a shitty plastic bacelet 24/7
Pros: Beach and pools
Cons: Room was not great, the bed was poor, and housekeeping was poor.
Cons: Where our room was and where we had to check in and out was about 4 blocks away from each other. A long walk with inconsistent shuttle service. My initial impression wasn't nice because the man checking me in was dour. We had a1 bedroom condo room with a kitchen. When we wanted to have family over for dinner we were forbidden. At first he said it would cost $12.00 per person, then the price went up to 25 " and they can only stay for 3 hours " and then, finally, the answer was NO, no visitors allowed. After that disappointing news, we walked back to out room and the door was wide open with a maids cart next to it, but no one was there, the room was wide open! I called to complain and was told a supervisor would get back to me and they never did. I would recommend NOT going there. Also was super busy, packed with people.
Pros: Friendly service, excellent beach, clean pools. Felt luxurious and comfortable by beach and in the room.
Cons: I did not expect to see tigers in a hotel in Mexico. They lived in small cages and in a stressful environment next to the road. Too many people too close to their home! What is the added benefit of having tigers at a busy hotel and spa resort? If you are going to have large animals at a resort and put them on display, you'd better take care of them. I did not feel like the animals were being given the respect they deserved. Could hear tigers growling at night.(which made me question their stress levels and general care more). I do not like that the money I spent at this facility will perpetuate this circus atmosphere. Tigers might appeal to children but they did not appeal to me. Move them away from the road, give them larger facilities, enrich their environment (give them more than coconuts for toys) and treat them the way you would want to be treated.
Pros: Beach, availability of a variety of activities, option of cooking in the room, having the plaza in walking distance, the beauty of the grounds, helpfulness of staff.
Cons: Internet service,

Pros: Rooms were clean, view was fantastic. Pools were nice. Drinks were plentiful.
Cons: Food was utterly horrible. Portofino menu descriptions had my mouth watering - but then the food actually came and it was bland, uninteresting and not remotely tasting as it had been described. Even the hamburgers were some strange textured beef substance.
Cocktails, while plentiful, were not quality.

This oceanfront paradise has been carefully planned to provide guests with the best of amenities & a staff at your service, providing unparalleled first-class luxury. Condos with 2 o 3 bedrooms full equipment with your privacy and spectacular views to the ocean.
Pros: The beach staff were great. This was the best food we have ever had at an all inclusive.
Cons: Upon arrival we were upgraded to the Marival Residences. We were convinced to sit through a 45 minute presentation (turned into 3 1/2 hr). We were not given the items that we were promised. Avoid Vicky! She uses the language barrier as a tool to be able to not produce promised items/services. We understood her just fine including her use of curse words.

Pros: Great staff. They were friendly helpful. Drinks were a little weak, but that was fine as you can have as many as you like. Clean rooms. Good food. Great beach.
Cons: Only issue we had was the distance from down town. It was an hour ride about to the boardwalk. Thankfully the cabs are cheap and easy to get.
Pros: Room View that's all.
Cons: Manager was very rude & rooms ac never worked. We were 29 friends & manager keep bothering us to pay for extra person. We told him we r only 29 but still he insist to lineup all so he can do head count. This is the most unprofessional hotel managent I have ever seen !! We used Riu hotel every year since 2008 for our club. No more Riu hotels in future.
Pros: Don Julio is included now! Love their style and their food is always great. Can't beat the access to 3 RIUS for the price of one, wet bar in room, stacked fridge, ocean view, and great service!
Cons: Nice beach, but not one of the best in Vallarta.
Pros: The resort itself is very nice and it was pretty much everything it said it was. The beach and pools were awesome and the drinks were flowing freely
Cons: Too far from the nightlife in PV to be practical for singles. Crowd was a lot of couples, families, and older people. Nice, friendly people but not what my friend and I were looking for. Beds were very hard too.

Pros: Our family had a really FANTASTIC 7 day visit recently. We had everybody from a toddler to grandmas and grandpas in our group. We could not have asked for a better experience. The weather, ocean, accommodations, service, food and entertainment were just top notch! The pool was perfect for the 2 year old, as well as the rest of us, and the beach was perfect!
Cons: The only possible negative (and not really too much of an issue) is all the time share sales activities.
Pros: We loved the pool! The beach was beautiful and our suite was AMAZING. Beautiful views, friendly front desk, and overall friendly staff.
Cons: A few older patrons did get a little irritated with our 3 year old playing in the pool. Note that this is a family resort and there will be kids playing in the pool, especially in the children's pool. They state that you can't bring your own food and beverage to the pool and the beach, but service was a little slow. We brought ours any way, as you can't expect kids not to have snacks.

Pros: A solid stay with classic resort good. Clean, comfortable and relaxing.
Pros: This was the 2nd time we visited the resort. The staff very attentive and friendly as always. I love the beachfront, which doesn't get very crowded. My hubby and I enjoyed the beach volleyball matches every afternoon. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, we were given VIP treatment. We felt at home. Since our last visit I can say that the breakfast and dinner have gotten a lot better. The bartenders are awesome and so is the wait staff. Our view from our hotel room was awesome too.... the hotel location allows for some spectacular sunsets!
Cons: The lunch menu can be improved. Beds are a little stiff. I would definitely recommend more evening activities. My husband and I really wanted to play pool, but the whole week that we were there, the tables were out of service. Since it rained in the evenings, it left us with little to do except to hang out at the bar and play dominoes or Jenga. Though, this did allow for us to relax.
Pros: The evening where quite nice &relaxing
Cons: Food could be better .different lunch menu. Staff very good
