Pros (+) Almost a gem because of its offer and price. It has parking place for a fee. Very good breakfast. Ample rooms with kitchen and dinner table, all equipped. Very good bed. Although tiny, rooms have balcony to enjoy Buenos Aires from above. Location is spectacular, metro at hand.
Cons (-) Room's items like faucets look worn out. Bathroom had a tub instead of standing shower. Elevators are insufficient at peak hours, and tiny for a pack of luggage. Parking entrance is tight and downwards, be careful when turning down below.
