New Sunari Lovina Beach Resort

Superior rooms were very spacious with comfy beds and two pillows each. Great staff, Great location, lovely place to stay. Nice pool and next to the beach. The villa with the private pool was fabulous. The beautiful gardens and serenity of the place make it an ideal destination for a break. Beautiful grounds, private pool and villa were amazing. Spa was great. Food and service excellent. The resort has everything to enjoy a couple of days of relaxing. Staff were lovely and very happy to help. Rooms were really spacious and comfy beds! Great location. Great pool, restaurant and a good enough gym. Beautiful hotel, fabulous pool and beach view. Great location too! Live music at the restaurant every night is a lovely touch too.

The Property Looks very poor and need maintenance. It is a bug5 resort, that is not so well taken care of. No slipper in the hotel room. The outdoor part of the bathroom could be more beautiful. Everything, the place is filthy, dirty curtains, ants and bugs everywhere, including in the bathroom and ants on the toilet seat, filthy toilet, sink & shower gungy muck on every surface, including power points, lights anything & everthing, this accommodation is a cesspit and should be condemned DO NOT STAY HERE!! Charged for a bucket of ice!!!!!!! Expensive spa treatments. Bathrooms were a bit musty & very outdated. Furniture from.90an. The first room the balcony door didn’t close to stop the bugs from coming in. Thankfully they moved us to another room. However the rooms are dated and not overly clean. spotty, stinky, tattered towels. leaking taps and toilet. cleaning of room insufficient: small ants here and there, plenty of grime. rooms need despirately renovation. breakfast could have more variability and more western food like cold cuts, yoghurt, more vegetables and fruit. The bathroom was outdated and a bit dirty and smelly. Rooms needs maintanance, sink broke down. Food menu was basic , and average. Though could rate the fish Mahi Mahi. I stayed 6 days so tried most dishes. Having said that - I still look Fwd to returning. I have expected the beach being suitable for swimming, but there are lots of boats parked. (However I'm not sure the guests are supposed to swim there since there are swimming pools.) The pools were closing at 19, however maybe it's everywhere in Bali. Our room had a discount (that's why we have booked there), and on the walls there were small children painting and the balcony door was a bit skewed (not sure if it has something to do woth the discount). These two points didn't fit to the otherwise shic hotel ambience. Ants in room. Room was little old. Sweeping leaves early in morning. the buffet for breakfast needs more western cuisine. the lunch menu needs more choice without Bacon. if kitchen is going to do western food it needs to be done better. needs more pillows in the room plus there was no telephone couldn't order room service or contact reception. The room we had was very tired and in need of some renovation, the mattresses and pillows were not comfortable. The only complaint was the lunch/dinner food, it wasnt overly expensive but the portions were small and werent great. Not much around it, couldn‘t walk really anywhere… Only 2 towels, nothing to dry the hands.
