Cons:The shower wasn't very good
Pros:Location was great. Easy access to and from 35W. Staff were friendly enough. Room was clean, but older. The newer bed was fairly comfortable. There was a mini fridge in the room. Newer TV...but no HD, so attempting to watch the news was horrible because it was so grainy.
Cons:We stayed 2 nights and the second night our key didn't work. Pillows were terrible. There was no real fitted sheet on the bed. There were just 2 flat sheets. There was a horrible couch that took up a large part of the room. It was disgusting and very uncomfortable. I would have rather had a desk or table with a chair. There was a strange odor in the room. It smelled like cheap cologne. I did not like that sink was right next to the door and right in front of the bathroom. You had to move if someone was going in or out of the bathroom because the door swung out. Small bathroom counter. More space would have been preferred.

Cons:AC wasn't working in our part of the building, poor internet quality and poor communication by staff. Rooms were dirty in general, but as mentioned, bathroom seemed clean.
