Pros: Staff was great from front desk to room service to bartenders and food servers
Cons: No pool
Pros: Clean quiet room. Meeting room was well set up and the sound system was good.
Cons: Lela Restaurant was not a good experience. Our food came out late and not hot. I was serve the wrong vegetable. They offered to bring out the correct one after our food was served which I declined. When I was half way done with my meal they brought out the correct vegetable, which I again declined. My steak was ordered medium and it came out rare. My wife's shrimp pasta dish had 5 tiny shrimp in it. It took a very long time to clear our plates and bring the check. The front desk told us it was a 5 star restaurant. I would give it 3 stars at the highest.
Cons: The A/C in my room was not running good at all. It was 85 degrees out and I had the unit set at 68 and it felt like 80 still. Even having the AC running continuously it did nothing and it was a long nights sleep.
Cons: I thought it was really poor that on weekdays one would have to pay for wifi service
Pros: Everything was 5 star! Comfortable beds, rooms were clean and spacious! Will be staying there everytime I visit Minnesota, and I travel there quite often!
Cons: The walls are to thin so you hear everything in the other rooms
Pros: Staff were professional & helpful. Would definitely return.
Pros: It was a nice, clean hotel. The room was somewhat stylish but seemed like a makeover/renovation that was given half the effort needed.
Cons: The bathroom and shower were smaller than I'd expect at a four star hotel.
Pros: Very clean room, super friendly and helpful staff, the room is just beautiful. Comfortable beds. Fast free internet and free parking.
Pros: I enjoyed the atmosphere. The courteous staff. The comfy bed. Relaxing atmosphere. I got a good deal due to the construction. So I cannot complain too much. Very clean and comfortable. I would have given more stars if it wouldn't have been for a few minor things. Lobby was awesome. It was a lounge in the evening that turned into a Starbucks in the morning. Very convenient!
Cons: Construction going on. Parking sucked. Although the front desk explained how to get on wi-fi, we still couldn't get on. There were a few minor cosmetic blemishes (lighting fixture, bathroom fixture) that weren't noticeable at first. But I did have a 2 day stay, so I noticed them. But I figured, building was still under construction and everything else was so awesome that I was able to overlook these minor blemishes.
Cons: No air conditioning, poor air circulation, No Pool and they did not tell us no pool. Construction was extremely messy and inconvenient. People guarding the parking lot and one guy told me I should move along.
Pros: The staff were polite and considerate. Room was wondering full and newly renovated and the rest of the hotel will be soon. Hotel is near mall of america and other fun attractions.

We invite you to get comfortable on your next visit to the Twin Cities.
Cons: In the description it states parking is included. But I stayed for 3 nights and got billed 45.00 for self parking. Also, house keeping didn't leave extra toilet paper in the room.
Pros: Wonderful and Professional staff, great food at restaurant. Great location near Mall of America-its directly attached.
Cons: Key cards were not activated when we received them and my friend had to go back to the front desk to have it fixed while I ran around trying to find an open public bathroom.
I was signed up for club Carlton as I left but was not credited for my current stay.
Pros: Convenience of never having to leave the mall. Cleanliness
Cons: Pool seem to be "under construction" according to a sign. We didn't see any construction but the pool water and pool area was too cold. Not appropriate temperature to enjoy being at an indoor pool during the cold months.
Pros: Love the location and the bar restaurant
Cons: I would've loved a hot tub at the facility to relax and soothe the aching after shopping :)
Pros: Cleanliness, staff
Cons: I was at the very end of the long hallway far away from the elevator
Pros: Booked for a quick weekend getaway. Highly recommend upgrading to a business class lodging - we stayed in one of the 'Naturally Cool' rooms - gorgeous and comfortable. Valet service was impeccable and courteous. We had an issue with our shower leaking the first night and wandered down to the bar while it was being fixed. We sat with a bartender named Sam - and were just in love. We wound up staying the rest of our night rather than heading out - she even called and made sure we had enough towels in our room when we returned. We will come back just for her. We returned for our second night because we knew she would be working again. She was an absolute joy; sunny, charming, genuine - she and Steven made our dinner on Saturday night memorable and special. The food was wonderful - Sam brought out the popovers for us to try (HOLY WOW) and Steven was spot on with his recommendation on the pork chop. We also shared the dry rubbed wings (AMAZING) and mac - they brought us out a key lime cheesecake to wrap it up which was divine. Great experience overall but the staff outshine the already shiny accommodations.
Cons: Had an issue with our shower leaking the first night. We sopped up the water all over the bathroom floor with our towels as much as possible - the 'engineering' staff left them behind after they repaired the leak, which was a little gross.
Pros: The ambiance was wonderful. The chairs added an interesting touch to the hotel.
Cons: We did not like that there was no hot tub.
Pros: Very nice location/ Price acceptable for the convience
Pros: Modern decor
Cons: The rudeness of some fellow guests.
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: Waiting to check in and out had long lines and took to long. Not enough front desk help since the information desk on second floor was not being used, so customers with questions had more than half the help busy answering questions.
Pros: I was very surprised with how nice the place was for the price! I got a good deal on hotels. Com for $120 or so. Was very clean and everything was pretty close to brand new. Loved it and will certainly be back next time I'm in town
Pros: This was a return trip for our whole family. We loved the cute and comfortable rooms, the easy & convenient access to the MOA and the swimming pool was nice size and not crowded.
Cons: The pool temperature could be higher. When we visited last June the temperature was perfect. The signage could be better for the parking elevator.

Pros: Easy to find , very convenient , great front desk staff
Cons: The air conditioner was very , very loud , hard time sleeping when it was on . Had too turn up volume on TV to hear it and when it turned off had to turn down the tv because it was too loud then . My son didn't sleep well . I did tell front desk when we checked out . She said ,"thanks for telling us." The hotel was full .
Pros: The layout
The extra towels provided upon request
The two TVs
Cons: The drab grey palette
The door between the bedroom and bathroom (husband bumped his head on it -- it's in an awkward place in the king accessible room
The waffles were soggy at breakfast
Pros: Location and shuttle service to airport and Mall of America.
Cons: The complimentary food selection was pretty gross: BB-sized "scrambled" eggs, stale, stinking meat, no raisin bran cereal (only tubs of Cheerios, one of Coco Puffs), fruit and yogurt in OPEN bins (um, there were FLIES landing in this food, guys!) No decent baked goods (stale, plain bagels, no cinnamon toast even!) Just really disappointing food. PLUS: the room was NOT clean or upgraded. Fusty furniture (check your own Duluth hotel to see how it should be done!), and bathroom mirror frame CAKED with dust,. Ew. The AC/heat unit had a busted control panel, never fixed, so folks could poke around on the wiring and chip board - probably not even safe! This particular Country Inn & Suites needs to be checked out by management. It's really looking dated and dumpy.

Warm country decor featuring lobby fireplace and complimentary Hot Be Our Guest breakfast and weekday USA Today. Ideal site off I-494 and Highway 77. Pros: The big rooms and happy hour and breakfast are nice.
Cons: The time before last that I stayed there, I had to rekey my keycard for my room 3 times at the front desk. Too much time going up and down the elevators.
Pros: The room layouts are spacious and comfortable.
Cons: The remodel has rendered the place a bit corporate and sterile.
Pros: We really liked the room.
Cons: The construction makes the hotel look worse than it is.
Pros: Loved everything!!! It was a business trip with the hotel luxuries. My stay was extremely pleasant. Staff was so very helpful. It was a great stay - absolutely no complaints.
Cons: That I didn't stay longer. It was a great stay.
Pros: It's where my wife and I got married. We absolutely love this hotel staff especially Gonzo was very friendly helpful. The rooms are amazing we got the executive suite and couldn't be happier!
Cons: The only complaint is the wedding reception that was taking place was loud rude and very inconsiderate of other people in the hotel. I'm just glad that wasn't our wedding party
Pros: Beautiful place well kept nice big rooms
Cons: Charging for Wi-Fi
Pros: Beautiful! Clean! Great staff!!
Pros: Breakfast is always good.
Cons: Stupid elevator was busted making every trip up and down a huge hassle.

Pros: The rooms were comfortable, large, clean. Service was exceptional. The breakfast was great. Spent time in the hot tub. We actually talked about making a mental note to always look for a Residence Inn wherever we travel!

Pros: The pool is excellent for kids. The breakfast was good.
Cons: The hotel was very crowded. As a result the tables by the pool area were always messy with pizza boxes and other food remnants. Our room wasn't as clean upon check in as I would have liked or expected.
Pros: Wark park
Cons: Pool was a little chilly.
Free shuttle transportation
Free breakfast - not too bad
Cons: First time submitting a review....We made a reservation with an upgrade(paid more) and they gave us the wrong room. When asked to change us they told us that they were sold out. We didn't get a refund or anything at all. Once we made it into the wrong room the room wasn't clean, they even left dirty underwears in the bathroom, dirty dishes right outside our door and the carpet wasn't vacuumed. When called to get more towels, toilet paper and garbage bag (since they didn't cleaned the room) they took FOREVER. They finally came to clean up the room the next day. Oh BTW they never came to get the underwear, my husband threw them on the hallway. When we went to checked out and requested to talk to the general manager, he was on a "meeting". I will be calling everyday until we get our upgrade money back. We are NOT coming back there. We aren't too picky when it comes to hotels but this was just not right. Oh BTW when my husband went to get dinner he said that another couple was checking in and they didn't have a room, the hotel gave their room to someone else. CRAZY!
Pros: Very nice comfortable place to stay. I would recommend to others. Enjoyed the breakfast and free shuttle to and from the mall.
Pros: We took our children and grandchildren for a weekend in Minneapolis. The pool is what sold us, as most in the area are standard, rectangular ones. The babies loved all the festive fun!
Cons: I wish the pool would have been heated. It was a little cold for our grandchildren under 1 year old.
Cons: Broken coffee maker
Pros: Nice amenities and great staff. Within walking distance to MOA. Great pool for younger kids, with poolside service.
Cons: Insulation between rooms is almost non existent. Can hear neighbors conversations with relative ease. Mostly an issue in early mornings or evenings. Also, the breakfast lines are pretty chaotic. Seating is limited and the flow is awkward.
Pros: I liked the breakfast that was available every morning.
Cons: I enjoyed the whirlpool but I think it should be only for adults! And the pool itself I thought could've been cleaner. The water was soo cloudy, my husband wouldn't even go into the pool!

Pros: Was there for the anniversary of music artist Prince's death. The hotel decorated and kept Prince music playing all weekend long. General Manager was onsite all weekend checking on guests, making sure everything was running as planned. Best hotel experience in some time!
Cons: Wish hotel bar and cafe stayed open later that weekend (Midnight would be nice)
Pros: Rooms were clean, nice. Lobby is very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The pizza from room service was not very tasty. The shuttle was hard to coordinate and connect.
Pros: we missed the return shuttle from the MOA and had to take a cab. when we got to the hotel they reimbersed us the cab fare no questions asked. we would stay here again
Pros: The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We ordered pizza for dinner and it was delivered right to our room, which was very convenient.
Cons: The water pressure in the shower could have been better and the towels were a little rough. Also the mini fridge took a long time to cool anything because it had to be turned on first when we got there.
Pros: The front desk staff
Cons: Arrive at hotel, put our stuff down and leave. Come back later that night get into bed and see that there is blood on the sheets... I was already in the bed and had touched the area... This was detrimental to me... I was devastated.. We called the front desk , new sheets were brought up but we had to replace them ourselves... I literally can't think of anything worse than this.. Next morning we went down to tell the front desk staff they were apologetic but did nothing but a standard room cleaning... Will never stay at a Hilton again.
Pros: It was great ! Excellent Customer service, lovely room and great breakfast options.
Pros: Comfy beds, great view, friendly staff.
Cons: No adult swim time
Pros: The price, the pool, the fitness center, the cleanliness/appearance, the location.
Cons: Pillows and beds were pretty bad. Not comfortable at all. No breakfast provided, unless you wanted to shell out $9 a person for a continental buffet.
Pros: Hotel was clean, up to date, staff very helpful. Have stayed in three MSP hotels in last month and a half and this was by far the nicest. Very convenient location.
Pros: Helpful and friendly staff
Pros: Convenient location, parking ramp, comfortable beds, clean, friendly and helpful staff, interesting art work. Pool is a little small but at least square and not oddly shaped.
Pros: The room was very elegant, yet not cluttered and very clean. Everything worked well, including the TV, and I enjoyed keeping my morning yogurt in the little fridge.
Cons: I ordered oatmeal for breakfast for $7. It tasted very blah, perhaps it needed salt. But the bill had a $6 charge to deliver it to my room, plus they expected a tip. Not how it works.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the layout of the room was on trend and up to date. The walls blocked sound from adjacent rooms well, but being 6th floor out of 6 wasn't the best idea with plane noise. At least while there the plane traffic was from 8am-8pm, ok for most but not ideal with a baby. Not a complaint, more of a heads up.
Cons: The pool temperature was waaaay too cold! Air temp in the pool area was great, but wish the pool were as warm. Lakes in MN are warmer right now!
Cons: We arrived and there was no room available although we had a "guarantee" room reservation we PAID IN FULL FOR. Hyatt did not find us another room and hotels.com was of no help either. STILL DONT HAVE MONEY BACK.
Pros: Good value and a great stay near the airport.
Cons: Close to airport. Clean room friendly staff.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast and many extra touches of class.
Pros: breakfast was pretty great
Cons: Blood on a pillow case. Nasty. We didn't use that pillow.
Guest rooms feature Hyatt Grand beds, media and work center with a 42 inch flat panel HDTV that easily integrates with laptops and other electronic devices, a comfortable cozy corner L-shaped sofa-sleeper, wet bar and bathroom vanity upgraded with granite countertops. Enjoy complimentary hotel-wide wireless high-speed internet and Complimentary Gallery Kitchen Breakfast featuring daily, customizable breakfast bowls and yogurt parfaits.
Pros: Staff was excellent. Check-in was fast. Convenient location to the airport with shuttle and stay & park available.
Bistro had a good selection of food. Comfortable clean room.
Cons: Was a bit far from other restaurants but the bistro fit our needs.
Pros: Quick check'in.
Cons: Not at all as described in the web site. The restaurant is only a small bar with mostly sandwiches and microwaved pizza with very limited hours. There aren't any other restaurants nearby within walking distance. The hotel is isolated. Shuttle waiting time is long to and from the airport. Appointments must be made way in advance. The cost of the hotel stay is not worth it's high charge. It's the simplest of hotels
Pros: Great property. Very comfortable. Staff was amazing. Every person we encountered was very friendly. Food was great. Room was clean and comfortable. I will come back.
Cons: Planes woke me up at about 5 a.m. We had a late night out, so this wasn't the best.
Cons: too far away from airport

Cons: Room smelled a little odd. Microwave in room would have been nice.
Cons: I was unable to apply my Marriott rewards since I checked in with a third party and not directly through the Marriott corp. I was unawRe of this policy prior.
Pros: Bed was comfortable, room was decent, staff was very nice
Cons: Just little things like stickers on wall that were missed, bathroom mirror wasn't cleaned full of smudges
Pros: Close to mall.
Cons: Couldn't walk to mall due to construction. At the end of the Minn/St Paul Intl airport runway.

Pros: Comfortable bed, great pillows.
Staff friendly. Restaurant food was good.
Cons: Half and half for coffee was out of date and ruined the coffee.
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.
Pros: Very close to the airport
Cons: Deceptive website. There is an airport shuttle but parking is not free it is $15 a day. website did not state this.
Pros: Really appreciated the secure floor and shuttle services.
Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike. We have enough negativity in the world. Stop whining and live on your feet, not on your knees!
Cons: 1 hour wait to check in followed by the front desk person leaving her shift, and my family and I were left waiting in the lobby for our room, and I had to go back to the desk to check in a second time. one of the hot tubs was recirculating cold water, our room had no information for food options, and the front desk representative on checkout begged me not to give them a poor review.

Cons: They charged me more money than they were supposed to for no particular reason. The floor wasn't vaccumed. The elevators smelled of marajuana. No complimentary breakfast.
Pros: Clean, quiet room.
Cons: Bed sheets were too stiff. Beds needs a blanket & not just a sheet and thick, heavy comforter.
Pros: The hot tub and pool were nice, and so were the rooms
Pros: It appeared to be a nice place and I was very happy to find such a nice place while being stranded in MSP airport all day with 2 children.
Cons: Coke machines didn't work. Very confusing with the other Crowne Plaza being closer to the airport. It took over an hour to get from one hotel to the next because of the confusion.
Pros: I was not expecting much. So when I arrived and was greeted by two warm and friendly desk agents I was pleased. When they upgraded me to women's floor It was a nice surprise even though I didn't know what it meant. The free light snacks were a nice treat. The room was absolutely gorgeous. Couldn't believe it. Glass tile shower with glass door. Everything looked brand new and high end and luxurious Theoughoutbthe room. The view is nonexistent but if you shut the curtains you can feel like you are in a very comfortable, stylish hotel with really sweet staff and nice amenities. Very comfortable bed and bedding and lots of outlets in convenient locations. Shuttle to the airport was great and took less than 15 minutes at 6am.
Cons: Wi-fi was complimentary but slow. Location is all hotels and office buildings not very near Mall of America/airport.
Pros: The room was comfortable & very clean and I liked the sleep well products
Cons: I felt as though I was banished to the basement because I was a hotwire discount client. It was very lonely down there!
Pros: Staff was nice
Cons: The name of this hotel is intentionally misleading. It is over 30 minutes from the airport, yet is called the MSP/ MOA location, despite the fact that this chain has another location across the street from the airport. Shady.
Pros: updated, clean, friendly staff, good location, reasonably priced
Cons: construction next building made it a bit congested, but no noise on the weekend
Pros: The staff were awesome and it was a quiet hotel
The buffet got few not bad options
Cons: The house keeping touch everything. like I used a bottle of water and they kept throwing it although I put a note not to throw my bottle next time but still...
Cons: Sink in bath. Shower door leaked at bottom seal. WiFi login screen too small for iPhone login.

Pros: My daughter and I felt very safe and welcome. Room was comfortable. Easy to find property. Close to shopping and eating!
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodations were nice.
Cons: That I hit a button on the tv and accidentally ordered an $18 movie! That is outrageous and I couldn't go back and delete.
Pros: The room was nice and clean. I appreciated having a mini-fridge in the room. The omelet at the breakfast buffet was very good. I appreciated that the heat/cooling unit in the room had a "constant air" option to provide white noise.
Cons: The bartender claimed he didn't know how to make any of the cocktails offered. I found that a bit odd, but he was friendly and we were happy with his service.
Pros: After the incident with the Tub, they had a new room ready and room keys brought up to us in a matter of minutes. I was astounded at how quickly they handled the issue on Valentine's Day.
Cons: The Jacuzzi Tub has a flat top faucet which looks sleek and modern but evidently not the best design. Turned on the water to begin filling the Large 2 person whirlpool and went to the bathroom. I come out to find the top part of this sleekly designed faucet had come off thanks to the cheap adhesive holding it in place and watch was both going in the tub and in front of the tub soaking the surrounding carpet to a sponge like feeling.
Pros: It was quiet and clean! We never heard any hallway noise or distruptions from other guests! The staff was helpful, courteous and accommodating! The kayak price that I got was fantastic! We will be back!
Cons: We really would have liked to have adjoining rooms.I would like a rewards program.
Pros: It looked nice and up to date
Cons: The bed was rock hard
Pros: We stayed one night for my husband's birthday. I was asked at check in what brought us, and when we came back after dinner, there was a piece of cake and a nice handwritten card. Made our day.
It was clean and the pool area is very nice. The salt water pool and whirlpool are wonderful. I love that the whirlpool is circulated with water instead of air, as it is SO much quieter that way and we could visit easily while sitting in the water.
Cons: At 4am, the room on one side of us had their alarm go off and it took several minutes for them to shut it off. Then, about 5 minutes later, the room on the other side started watching tv so loudly, we finally had to call the desk and ask them to have the patrons turn it down. It was 4am, after all. All of that to say, while the hotel was not responsible for the tv or the alarm - the walls are thin. (the reason for the 4 instead of the 5) We turned on the air conditioner fan as white noise and wished we'd slept all night that way. So - bring ear plugs if night noises bother you...or turn on the fan.
Pros: Our room was very spacious and comfortable and best of all, quiet. The staff was very friendly at check in and in the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent.
Pros: lobby was very nice, shuttle guy took a while to do things but got stuff done. Breakfast was very tasty with a chef making omlets and whatever shape pancake you'd like (one kid got dinosaur shaped ones).
Cons: breakfast cost quite a bit
Pros: This facility is in excellent shape and very clean. All staff members were very pleasant and eager to make sure we had a great stay. I especially noticed how easy to achieve a comfortable temperature in the room and how quiet the HVAC system was. The temperature didn't seem to fluctuate at all.
Cons: There wasn't anything to be disappointed in at this location.
Pros: Location and nice sizes rooms, Bar and restaurant
Pros: We liked having the shuttle to the Mall of America. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Although the room faced the interstate, it was quiet.
Cons: The room was smaller than I'd expected, and it wasn't a great price.

Pros: Very good. Great staff with friendly service, Great breakfast with a variety change each day.
Rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable

Pros: Great rooms.
Cons: Breakfast is unimaginative

Pros: I thought the staff was friendly and responsive. I had no issues with anything while I was there. I have family that live in the area and have stayed many times and never have I had any issues.
Pros: Good location. Good service.
Cons: Lobby and dining area were under construction. Breakfast was mediocre.
Pros: Solid hotel, comfy beds, tasty breakfast, great proximity to mall.
Pros: Comfortable bed, decent sized room, great breakfast, clean bathroom. Overall, a very nice place to stay for our weekend away.
Cons: Dining area was crowded and needed more space. There was nowhere to sit so we had to awkwardly carry our food back up to the room. Also, the walls were really thin, could hear anything going on in the hall and in the room across, we were above the lobby and could hear some of what was going on down there as well.
Pros: Continental breakfast was great. Very clean eating area and a good variety.
Cons: Beware of the rooms that are advertised with 1 queen bed. They are offered at a discount because they are the rooms by the elevator shaft. It was a VERY small room. Ok for the price if you are just staying for a quick sleep before you fly out but I know we won't stay again for a weekend visit.
Pros: The facilities were clean. The bed was comfortable but there was no mini fridge which seems to be the norm for hotels now. I would likely stay there again especially when traveling to the mall of america.
Pros: Very clean room with a comfortable bed.
Cons: I'm sure that this is out of the norm, but when I checked in one of the staff members was behind the counter flossing his teeth. While I appreciate good hygiene, I'm sure there was a more appropriate place to conduct this activity.
Pros: Employees were friendly and helpful--especially the van driver
Cons: Breakfast was marginal
Pros: Everythin was good from the cleanliness to the breakfast and customer service...
Cons: On my second stay too much noise and i mean TOO much noise by the housekeepers
Pros: They had a marketplace with bare essentials and I got a MOTRIN just in time.
Cons: NO fridge and no microwave in the room. We expected more at the reservation price.

Pros: I liked the room layout. Bed was nice. Clean room.
Cons: The microwave cord was cut and out of service. Construction was taking place on the floor I was staying at. No USB port in the room. (Bring your own 110v phone charger. The pub on ground level was never open. (Possibly bankrupt). Worlds slowest elevator! No table top fan available at front desk!! So disappointing. Building had poor repair work done in past. Some of the room entrance doors look like the police recently busted in for a raid. (I hope it was the police not the bad guys) 4 door jams on my floor show marks of forced entry. Look like there were family's living at the hotel. Needless to say that on my nightstand I exercised my first amended right. I grew up in the area and there are bad apples in every town. That's why I spent the extra $ to stay at a nice and safe hotel. I felt that I over paid by $30 a night.
Pros: Location - close to family; friendly front desk staff; exterior & lobby attractive; full-size fridge w/ freezer; name brand toiletries
Cons: Mold above tub/shower insert on wall; not notified that room was located above conference room - events with DJs/amplified music 3 of 6 nights, music played beyond 11pm (recommended to reserve rooms above conference room to guests attending event); not enough parking for guests during conference room events; one day room was not cleaned (even minimally - & do not disturb sign removed prior to 8am); coffee condiments not replaced daily; front desk not knowledgeable regarding conference room events (days & times); floor not vacuumed during stay (when obviously needed); metal bathroom doorframe rusted. Overall - expected better quality for price per night, as it is not located in the cities, but a suburb.
Pros: This is an extended stay hotel and I love that about it! We got a queen size room and it had a full fridge, 2 burners, a dishwasher, sink for washing dishes. The pool is smaller, but still a decent one. We have stayed here more than once and always enjoy our time.

Pros: Staff was helpful and friendly. Great prices. Rooms were spacious and well kept.
Pros: Nice renovations but a bit further from the airport than expected.
Pros: Nice staff
Cons: The bedsheets clearly had not been changed from the previous guest.
Pros: Our stay started off on an awkward note when we were given keys to a room that was already assigned to someone. We walked in to clothes on the bed and quickly left. The front desk fixed it right away. The breakfast was good, just a little disorganized and not stocked. The room was great and comfortable. Nice location to get to downtown Minneapolis.
Pros: I was in town for my father's funeral. The wake was starting at the same time as check in time. The front desk person allowed me to check in early so that I could get cleaned up and to the wake in a timely manner. It was most appreciated. Very classy.
Pros: First time using La Quinta Inn & Suites. .The service was excellent. Staff friendly and attentive. Hotel was clean with quit accommodations. Breakfast was great. Food fresh and hot, and food area clean. Will definitely return.
Cons: Some structural cracks by elevator that need to be repaired.
Pros: This is minor but the hotel web site advertised rotating hot items for breakfast and the three days we were there the breakfast was the exact same each day. With that said, there was a nice variety, plenty of food, and no wait. Overall, really good, just a little variety would have made it even better.
Pros: Very pleasant surroundings. Four star room.
Cons: Bathroom sink cracked. Elevator renovation made this 18 floor hotel a little iffy at times. No restaurant or bar in hotel or within walking distance.
Pros: Had a pool
Cons: Booked a king bed. Got two full sized instead. No kings availabe. Bummer... Front desk staff seemed to be overwhelmed with problems.
Pros: Room was spacious and inviting. Clean and comfortable. Nice view. Good breakfast buffet.
Cons: One elevator was down for renovation and the other was in great need of renovation. Carpet in the hallways was dated and worn.
Pros: Pool, comfortable bed
Cons: Tub drain stopper didn't stop, room had been smoked in and was very strong when we entered, hallway had odd cleaning smell which also came into room that had been smoked in, business center outdated and printer out of ink
Pros: Clean and comfortable.

Pros: The hotel is centrally located and has easy access to freeways.
Cons: Unfriendly staff, unclean public areas. They don't clean your room during your stay. If you need an extra towel, you have to go to the front desk to get one. Hard to find the driveway entrance to the hotel. Noisy air conditioner.
Pros: The price
Cons: Everything else
Pros: The layout of the room!
Cons: Non smoking!

Cons: My neighbors sounded like they were right there in my room with me.
Pros: Desks and bathrooms were modern and sleek
Cons: They kicked me out
Pros: Location was the only plus of this hotel
