Location is close to Suyeong metro and the staff seem to be doing the best they can despite the condition of the hotel. Cleaning staff we encountered was very friendly and though a little old, the room was well kept during the five nights we stayed.
The surrounding area is a little seedy, some sense that there are some brothels and such. Not really a suitable hotel for children or families. The building is old and houses a snooker centre on the second floor. The third floor is not accessible by lift for some reason. Breakfast is a bit of a joke, but at least there is decent coffee.
Breakfast was pretty good for free of charge
Extra hard mattress, had to pay extra for blankets No shower curtain, so floor would flood after every single showers Elevator super slow In room wifi comes and goes Located in a red light street pretty much There's always a few weird dudes in a car park trying to take control of your vehicle, telling you how to drive Literally I'd never come back here
We checked in very late, almost 5 hours late, due to the weather. Staff accommodated us and were very friendly. Because we were so late we didn't use the room that much but it was clean and neat. Bathroom was good, had a hairdryer and body wash, shampoo etc in the bathroom. Provided a kit with moisturizer and other essentials for my gf. The taxi driver also knew the name and was easy enough to find the place.
Nothing really stood out as negative. The breakfast didn't look amazing but we did not have enough time to eat there, so i can't be sure.
Staff very friendly and helpful, language barrier, but hands and phone helped :)
Constant problems with air-condition, reset from reception desk, then ok. Happened 4 times during 7 nights.
