Gaia and family and extrordinary. The building was clean and well kept. Close to tower etc. Great friendly dog! Only bummer was the loud road noise due to location, and then no breakfast provided, but we loved the place and people. Just take your ear plugs and some coffee to prepare yourself in the nice clean kitchen!!!
The landlady was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room clean and very stylish. I would highly recommend this for anyone staying for a few days in Pisa looking for a small, family-run place to stay.
Lovely comfortable large rooms with antique furniture. Great location - in the centre of everything and right on one of the busiest shopping streets. As the hotel is located on a main shopping street - the noise of an evening / night can keep you awake at night if you have a room which looks directly onto the street.
The design of the hotel was a medieval age design and was so nice. The room was clean. The staff was not good at english but they were kind and helpful. The location is in the middle of the train station and Pisa tower. You can walk anywhere in Pisa. The bathroom was very small but it was clean.
It was very clean and I found the staff multilingual, very friendly and helpful. The heating did not work, so they gave me another room, which was fine.
The hotel is very new and nicely designed. Very clean and nice room, comfortable bed. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, very welcoming and just the sweet people.
Great B&B/Hotel. Good location between Pisa center and Livorno (Ferry to Corsica).
This B&B has really nice design (interior design and furniture), and the owners are really nice, helpful and friendly. Federico gave me a lift to go and pick up the rental car. The breakfast was great. The location is outside Pisa, but fine with a car. The room was luxurious and had nice touches like chocolates, chilled water, and bath robes. We made a silly mistake with the PIN number for the door. This was totally our fault, and it was after midnight, but when I tried calling the different telephone numbers there was no answer, and it took a lot of time, knocking and ringing, before we woke someone up to help us. We really wondered what we could do as we were locked out. So it might be difficult to contact somebody if you had a problem. As I said it was our fault entirely, but it's the kind of problem you would have at a B&B and not at a hotel. Perhaps they should display a phone number at the gate and by the door, in case of problems. With regard to the room, there was no window you could open (it was locked) - I like to be able to get some fresh air if I want!
I liked the welcoming atmosphere, the design of the hotel, the home made cake and coffee for breakfast. The host of the hotel was very helpful and kind every time - there was no request he could not solve!
We loved the space of the apartment suite for our family, and the sleek modern design with attention to comfort aswell. We struggled to find it in the dark without sat-nav
The Hotel is located about 10 min by car from downtown Pisa which is an excellent situation for people traveling by car. The area is extremely quiet and there is plenty of space to park the car next to the house. The rooms are really neat and clean, and a spacious living room is also available for the guests.
This property is a real private house in a countryside. Good to stay as it is located between Pisa and Viareggio beaches for those who are traveling by car and want to explore places around. not
The people were extremely pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The service at breakfast was excellent, and the food good.the room was very comfortable .The situation was excellent.
Excellent location for Pisa, Via eggio, Lucca and the Torre del Lago Puccini festival. Friendly, efficient service.
Nice and pleasant place, lovely and clean room, wondeful breakfast. Narrow shower.Poor shower curtain. No shower gel(only for hands). WIFI does not work Out of Pisa city, not easy to arrive without GPS Arrived at 21:50, after 900 km by car, hostess was not pleased, though she lived by the hotel
Ample car parking, not far from the airport at Pisa.Nice friendly lady served beakfast.Plenty to eat.Large bedroom and bathroom. Quiet location nowhere to go for evening meal without 1 mile drive.
Very friendly host who was anxious to please. The hotel is situated within easy driving distance from Pisa and the toll motorway which makes it ideally located for the northern Tuscan sites.
If you want to visit Pisa and the other cities in the area, it is a good and quiet location at the countryside, but only if you are travelling by car (5km from Pisa). A reasonable and basic b&b, the room is clean and the personel kind.
The owner was extremely helpful. It mostly felt like we were guests in her house.
This hotel was probably the highlight of our Toscana tour.Hotel owners are lovely young couple. Most helpful, friendly, nice people. Great care has been taken for the attractive decoration. Everything has been considered in the rooms. For us it was 10 out of 10. Recommend to everyone.
Very comfortable room and excellent bathroom. Staff charming.
beautiful room, lovely staff
A very nice and cosy bed&breakfast. Clean rooms, good breakfast, very friendly staff.
the room was good. Free internet is a bonus no
The owners were really hospitable. The villa was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished with antique pieces throughout.
everything, friendly atmosphere, comodity, breakfast, the house itself
Not far away from the city centre..better if you have a car though. Parking free nearby. The owners are very friendly and helpful! Very clean room and very nice bathroom.
