No one could ask for anyone more charming than (hotel employee), brothers extraordinaire and managers of the Chepstow Castle View Hotel. Pros: The hotel was located directly across from the Chepstow Castle. We could eat breakfast and see the Castle up close. The food was fabulous with a well suited bar, convenient to everything in Chepstow including the Chepstow Museum and local pubs and shops.
Cons: Nothing-it's what I would expect from an European style hotel room.

Pros: The room overall was clean, but we as a couple found it too hot. The hotel were lovely and helpful and the facilities available were excellent,
Cons: The location was a little tricky but we managed to find it in the end. The TV channels that we paid for kept freezing as the TV in our room only had channel 1-5 and not free view but the hotel staff kindly waived the fee of £16 so can't complain really.
