My elderly mother is my caregiver, and the desk clerk when we arrived, and the house staff when we left, helped her get my wheelchair on and off the car carrier and the bags where they needed to be. Cons (-) The pool was in the process of having the cleaning system changed from salt to chlorine. It was closed for our short stay. Although a pool with chlorine us so much better than no pool at all, I wish they had kept it salt, in case I do stay again. Either way, not being able to use it was a disappointment, but it was just bad timing.
