Cons: There is very limited choice for the breakfast for vegetarian food. I did eat dinner in the restaurant and the food was good, but the restaurant only had one server and there were WAY too many patrons for just one... I feel she should have had help. She did the best she could under the circumstances.

Pros: Tara at the front desk was very helpful.
Cons: Planned a night at the casino for a friend's birthday so we booked two non-smoking rooms to accommodate the 5 people that would be there. Called the hotel desk the day of to confirm our arrival time. Once we got there, the hotel only had one room booked for us. Tara helped us secure a second room. We drop our bags off with the bellman so he can take them to our rooms. We gamble for at least two hours and decide to call it a night. We head back to the rooms and discover that our luggage is not in either of the rooms. Also, one of the rooms smelled of heavy smoke. I called Tara to see how both problems could be fixed and she apologized profusely. We got a new room but eventually had to go pick up our bags ourselves (after 2.5 hours from the initial drop off) because no one was available to deliver them as promised and tipped for. If the mistake is the hotel's, the guest should not be the one to remedy it.
I wouldn't recommend this place and won't be staying there again.

Everyone was curteous and friendly. The first thing I noticed in the room was the pride taken in its cleanliness and aesthetics. It's an older building, but we'll cared for. Although it was not specifically a wheelchair accessible room, I still had enough space to get around. My mother and I were going to a show at the casino, so chose it for its proximity. We did not know there was a shuttle with wheelchair access. That was awesome. There were some loud folks celebrating in nearby rooms, but none of that came through the walls. It made for a very good night sleep on the comfortable beds. There is an indoor pool, as well. Another thing I didn't know when we booked. If we get the chance to go to another show at the casino, I'm definitely staying there.

Cons: The hotel was out dated and the rug was old and stained,along with the back board of the bed also had staines as if no one cleaned.

Cons: Under construction which we understand, however hall carpets were not vacuumed after workers got done at end of day, sheetrock dust and dirt got all over our wheeled luggage and was tracked into our room. Coffee bar was not stocked.

Cons: The hotel room, hallways, breakfast area and pool were just plain filthy. The room had marks on the walls, dead insects In the window. The windows had an unknown substance on them. The pool area had furniture that was broken and a broken refrigerator.
