Tip: drop your parking charge. Very small bathroom. Elevator seem old, poor breakfast option, limited parking. Internet was a bit slow during my stay but it’s wasn’t essential for me then since I wasn’t working. The Internet connection was spotty. Missing some trays for cooking in the oven. Husband thought pillows too soft. Fuse to hairdryer kept blowing. Carpets worn. No shuttle service to airport, but the hotel is near the bus stop (Route 300 to airport) within 3-min walk. Got charged a cleaning fee even tho the room wasn’t very messy and there was no damage. More utensils and kitchen ware. Elevators tiny and slow. Unsecured parking, very slow elevators. Room was a little dark, could use better lighting. It would have been great to have b’ventilation in the bedroom since the hVAC unit is in the living room. But this isn’t a complaint either, just a suggestion. Elevator is slow. Nothing to add. Parking was very difficult esp with a truck. Had to drive around many times and sometimes did not find a spot. We were not informed that parking would be an extra charge. The couch was very uncomfortable and windows were small and high. Elevators need some maintenance. Old design. I would have liked a kettle in the kitchen and a larger size of cups, and also, English breakfast tea would be appreciated. Apart from these minor things, the apartments amenities were good. No free parking, no handsoap. Elevator is super slow and the hallways could be better lit. check in was really late and the lobby and bathroom not clean or suitable for a long wait. Reception under construction. Elevator. Heating was not functioning in my room, staff helped me out (but took quite some time...) and changed me to another room the next day. I was upgraded for the second room, but there were also some problems, such as pipe sound was really loud, air conditioner was covered with dust. This is not the hotels or booking.com's fault but there were some very loud people in the rooms around us and were up most of the night. The staff moved us to another room as a result. The other elevator wasn't working. The bathroom size is very small, and only one bathroom makes it difficult for the family to stay. But the price makes it less to worry about it. The ambience should be improved and should have more lights in the whole in apartment. There were times when the person at the front desk was overwhelmed with customers, and it took a long time to get a question answered. It’s always nice when parking is included in the room price.
