Pros (+) Location was good except very close to the C-train which is very noisy.
Cons (-) Under construction. Elevators didn’t work, pipes rattle when you use hot water, and $24 per day to park which was very expensive and not noted at the time of reservation.

Cons (-) Hotel is going through growing pains as part of being 1.5 yrs into a 5yr renovation. Only 3 of 4 elevators working, which increases wait times. One of the three elevators card-reader was intermittently not working for me. Parking can be limited at times. Many of the more convenient stalls are reserved by indigo.
