nice room,excellent brekfest,peaceful place I booked room with balcony,but I got graundfloor room with terace,I complained and next day thay changed the room.It vas not correct that thay did not have room what I booked.

100% Luxury ~ Look no further if you require a top class Hotel. Checking out was rather unpleasant since my visa card was not accepted and could not be resolved by the staff on hand. My bank confirmed that the funds were available and provided advice to the hotel staff on the course of action to be taken but despite this the transaction could not be completed and we had to leave without paying the bill!

The care from the staff. The hairdressing salon, the products were not good and tghe hairdresser overdried my hair. For 40 euros for a blow dry I expect the best.
