Excellent location. Great value for so close to main square. Breakfast is sufficient. Computers available for guests a nice touch
Lock to our room was flimsy. Staff had little knowledge of laundry facilities in area
Very good location, in the heart of the city.
There are no windows in the room.
Fantastic hacienda-ish hotel. Wonderful patio in the middle of the hotel. Very nice and correct staff.
Breakfast was a bit poor: two or three toasts, jam, coffee/tea, orange juice and a banana. We were still hungry after breakfast...
A/C not directly regulable
Very nice colonial hotel. Nice location, in the center of the city and next to the central place (zocalo). Quiet room. Free internet.
Continental breakfast on foam tray is not acceptable
Courtyard was great and the rooms were well equipped but as some had very small windows to the outside or courtyard, they tend to be dark.
Some of the rooms could be brighter- indicate in the online website which rooms have windows that view directly(not into the hallway) onto the street or courtyard.
position near city center
The location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Campeche, with its museums, shops, Cathedral, churches, restaurants, shoreline walk and Parque Principal, which each Saturday and Sunday night is closed to vehicular traffic and host to music, food, 'bingo' and a wonderful family atmosphere. They spoke English & were very helpful. The price was right and definitely worth it.
As recorded elsewhere, the breakfast is minimal, but having coffee, toast & orange juice in their pleasant courtyard is a very nice feature. I would have seconds on the coffee and add perhaps some yogurt! But, it works!
The location is fantastic
