The entire service staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Enrique at the bar is a great asset, and excels at taking care of the guests. Ismael at the bar is amazing also. Staff like that goes a long way in giving a guest a reason to return.

An amazing deal for the price - definitely do the All Inclusive. Drinks were great, food was amazing, and the beach was actually pretty quiet considering you're in Cancun. The room was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in - highly recommended!

They gave me one bed instead of two. I had roaches in my mattress, toilet clog and a/c didnt work.

Went to Cancun for a wedding and needed an affordable hotel with standard amenities. Staff was friendly, rooms were nicely renovated, everything seemed very clean, pool and beach facilities were very nice and the main restaurant, Albatros, was pretty good.
Tried upgrading us to all inclusive when we checked in. Our flight changed to an earlier time days before so we got there at 11:30AM and they couldn't get us a room any earlier than 3pm when most hotels can. Tried selling us time shares and a raffle for a cheap bottle of wine, hidious pink towel and a cheap looking beach bag. They made you wear a black wrist band if you didnt buy the all inclusive package which made you feel "black listed". One of the cleaning ladies put someone elses clothes in our room. Nothing horrible just no wow factor.

The staff was very accommodating. The food was surprisingly good and fresh for a buffet. The sit down restaurant had a great selection and comfortable setting. The hotel throughout had marble floors and tasteful, fun decor. It is somewhat luxurious without being pretentious or intimidating.
The drinks at the bar seemed weak and there is no service to the beach bungalows or poolside. I had a vision if fancy drinks with umbrellas and fresh fruit, but instead a plastic cup and waiting in line.
