Pros (+) Friendly staff from the first moment. Professional check in and service. Everything available for a great vacation. Ongoing maintenance to keep the standard.
Cons (-) Booked was Grand Oasis Plus which includes a room with balcony in the description but we got a room without and the reception told us that just on availability.
