Cons (-) Wifi is even worse than many reviews state. Phone reception is terrible also, so can't rely on it either. Chain lock on door was gone, only a cheap push button door knob lock, easily bypassed. Design is noisy due to central 'plaza' which amplifies noise, people walking, wind, etc. Bus stop AT the front door. Bus noise all day and night.
