Cons (-) The staff at the front desk scheduled us a shuttle knowing our flight departure times and we ended up not being able to board our plane because we were too late. We ended up waiting 5 hours in the airport and each had to pay $200 us dollars to get a new flight. It was our first time flying internationally and we pretty much relied on the advise the hotel staff gaved us.

We liked most everything- both facilities, location and especially staff were excellent and very accommodating. Lots of loungers and with the 3/4 pools and the ocean there was no competition for seating.

The Mexican restaurant was good, the Asian one was bad, the gourmet was okay, but the service was awful. Lastly, the buffet was best for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner, the food was meh and always the same.
