Pros. The staff was very friendly and courteous the food was good the entertainment was great.
Cons. The roof was leaking in many places area rugs were used to soak up the spill instead of buckets and a lot of people fell in the lobby including myself.

Cons. Only one think TV channels most of them in Spanish some times I want to go to my room relax for sometime and watch TV but everything in Spanish and most of the guests speak English so please have some English chanels
Pros. We love this resort and returned for our 6th time. The resort is full of friendly outgoing people looking to have a great time. As a friend says, "I went to Cuba and sat on loungers beside same couple for a week without exchanging words" That will never happen at TTR. Join Cancuncare.com and meet many before you arrive. Cons. For the first time the crowd was younger than normal. Much higher percentage of under 30 crowd this visit. If this trend continues we wont be happy. We like to party with adults not children.
Pros. The food was average, I guess because I'm a native and I know traditional mexican food. The staff was AMAZING!! great service. And the beach, wow. The overall vibe was fun, but people there average in they're 40s which was a downer for me, i was lol long for a younger, sexier crowd.
Cons. Guest age average 40-50s. Not so hot looking. Young crowd seekers need to go elsewhere. The hotel itself is OUTDATED. All the pools are COLD. Bad pluming, small rooms, ocean view was really a tiny liltte gap of blue in the corner of our window.
