I love the location and ambience of the resort. You definitely need to have an extra stash of money for the parking and resort fees. Not to mention taxes on the resort fees. But the staff and views from this resort are amazing. There are amazing places very close, food ,shopping , sites to see. I would go back as often as possible.
It was a grade lower than when I stayed 10 years ago.
It was beautiful and all of the staff was extremely friendly! It's small but you are charged a daily $25 fee for horrible coffee and "internet" which is NOT wifi. If I am going to pay for these extra things, I would expect them to be usable. In the world of smart phones and tablets, who carries a cable to plug into the internet? I have had better perks at a hotel half the price. I really expected more from a resort that is a part of the Omni family.
Loved the property it was so beautiful and well kept! The "valet" and front parking area is a little clustered but overall its OK
It was unique and historical. It was not what was depicted on the Internet. We were deceived and no one seemed to care. It was dirty, small, and not the romantic get a way we had hoped for to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. We called to verify that the pool was included. It was but the pictures online were of the spa pool not the fitness club pool which was $140 more. Instead we spent our visit in the fitness pool. Barley luke warm, filled with screaming kids and no hot tub.
exceptional customer service and Facilities
Atmosphere was romantic, and the staff was helpful. Resort was beautiful, with very vintage-y and comforting style. Sports complex was plentiful, with an indoor pool, lots of tennis courts, weight room, cardio room, and pool tables. Great room bar tenders were quick to greet you, very good cocktails, and friendly. We couldnt get in or out of self parking because our card didnt work the entire stay, it was really, really inconvenient because we went out a lot for lunch and dinner. They did credit us the parking fee. This place is definitely not a last minute romantic trip kind of place. You better plan in advance if you want any type of spa services and dinner here. The good thing is, its so close to downtown, there's quite a good amount of restaurants to pick from. Overall, if you are planning to venture out, stay somewhere else. If you plan to fully use the amenities at the resort and stay there most of the time, then it would be worth the money.
The hotel lobby and the grounds
The hotel is beautiful and the views are stunning. Just walking into the lobby is immediately calming. I was very disappointed (and embarrassed, as staying here with a friend was my suggestion) with the room we were given. It had outdated wallpaper and green carpet, and the furniture was pretty beat-up. The bathroom was spacious, but had a tiny pedestal sink with nowhere for any toiletries. We had to keep all makeup, brushes, toothbrushes, etc on the dresser in the room. The bathroom looked like a hospital bathroom. There were 2 dim lamps in the room, with no mirror (except what looked like a medicine cabinet in the bathroom and a full- length mirror on the bathroom door - not helpful without good lighting). Not comfortable accommodations for two girls getting ready for dinner. Thankfully the beds were very comfortable. We spent over $300 for the room, which truthfully wasn't as nice as the La Quinta I stayed at 2 weeks ago. Based on other reviews, I am sure that there are more updated rooms available. I would insist on being assigned one of those. I will definitely be back to enjoy the beauty of the hotel, but will not be staying there again until they make some much needed updates.
The staff couldn't have been more friendly and accomodating. They helped us with resturant plans and Biltmore tours. We arrived back at our room to find complitmentary cheese and champagne to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The entire ambience takes you back to another time when grand hotels were the place to stay in America. We didn't avail ourselves of the gym or spa (extra fee) but they looked inviting. The Grove is fairly close to the Biltmore (perhpas 3 miles?) which is close enough to make travelling back and forth and to downtown Asheville quick and easy but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of both areas. As frugal seniors we wouldn't have chosen the Grove for our 40th wedding anniversary becasue of the cost but our children gave us a two night stay. At $400 per night with an additional $15 a night parking fee and $25 facilities use fee I equated it to the airlines and their charing "extra" fees. My opinon, if I'm paying close to $400 a night and not staying in a major cty, I think parking should be included in the price of the room. The room was one with a moutain view, comfortable and clean but. not the luxury I expected at that price. I may be being picky here but there were just two chairs in the room, the bath had only a shower and one sink. The room, with a king bed, was the style you'd find in any Hilton hotel but with a distant view of the mountains. If you stay here I would recommend a less expensive room and use the saved money to treat yourself to the Spa. We have stayed at the Mohonk Mountain House in NY and for about the same price had a fireplace in the room, trails and climbs on the property and breakfast/dinner included. I also think Monhonk is expensive but I think I'm comparing that inn with the Grove which may be unfair on my part. So my ONLY dislike was the value for the money but for the special occasion and since "the kids" were paying for it, what more can I say?.
The staff is extremely accommodating and the property is beautiful The rooms vary greatly! This isn't an issue unless they are all over priced. We had 4 rooms last weekend - all around 400$ a night. They were all different sizes because parts of the hotel are different. The room in the old part of the hotel was barely large enough to walk around a queen size bed.
We loved everything about our stay at the Grove. The staff was amazing, professional and polite. The food and drinks were top notch. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. The room was a bit hot at night even after lowering the temperature in the room.
How spotless everything was. Breakfast was quite good. The rooms were ideal for children. I really don't have anything negative.
Good location, friendly staff, great value I didn't like their check out policy. If you stay later than 12 noon, you must pay for another night.
Bed was large. Decent breakfast. The place smelled weird.
The hotel was convenient, clean, had a friendly staff and a good breakfast. It was a bit difficult to find as it sat back from the road and had a smallish sign. Also, as I am an (outside) cigar smoker, the Smoking Area resembled an outside prison with tall cement walls and no furniture. A chair, table and ashtray would be nice. The hotel did say they were working on it.
Breakfast buffet was nice, which the Holiday Inn Exp. doesn't have
The hotel met our needs and more. Was clean, close to sites, quiet, and comofrtable. I really don't have a negative comment.
Breakfast was included , nice room, location. Price too high
Comfy beds, delicious waffles, location Bugs in room, outdated, very thin walls, indoor pool was closed, water came out black at first due to maintenance in building.
The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. My only complaint is that when you cut the bathroom light on, the exhaust fan came on. It was terribly loud and unnecessary.
Friendly service Clean rooms Comfy beds
Good location meant walking distance to all of downtown Asheville as well of easy highway access. Staff was friendly, and the hotel had a hip, modern feel. Cost was high for lack of amenities. Modern design lacked some warmth as well as function. Created a louder atmosphere in a bad way, Doors closing on the floor we stayed could be heard at all hours. Really nothing to 'do' at the hotel so why was the price as high as others in the same area with full bars, restaurants and pools?
I loved the view in our "view" room. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was so spacious, clean, and comfortable! Bed was amazing, floors were super clean, and the whole experience was amazing. My girlfriend was very happy, and so it made our getaway wonderful. The walking distance to downtown was also one of our favorite features of the hotel. It was definitely worth it. The only thing that held me back a little was the price. I paid $240 with taxes included, and didn't get as high of a floor as we wanted (4th), but it was very quiet and you couldn't really hear the traffic below so it was all good. I would definitely stay again. Knowing this room goes for $400+ on the weekends made me appreciate the value we were getting as well. It was definitely a wonderful experience.
Great staff Nice location -- walkable to everywhere downtown Beautiful, spacious room Easy in and out A bit noisy, with highway/main street traffic
Clean room, good size, not too bad of a price.
Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Cleaning staff came too early in the morning. No sign to put on door.
Rooms clean.. staff very helpful. Kids in room beside us very loud into the night..
Clean & modern rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Quiet location. Breakfast was very good!
Comfortable rooms, great staff.
Rooms clean and staff helpful. Our last breakfast was busy but the staff were proactive in replacing items, rather than waiting inline for it to come out of the kitchen. Things were rather chaotic at our last breakfast - probably most of the hotel guests trying to eat at the same time, which was not down to the hotel.
Our stay at Country Inn & Suites was definitely worth the money & time, a highly recommended place to stay!
Great service - the check-in desk receptionist was a delight. The breakfast was healthy. The rooms was quiet and roomy enough for three (including one baby).
We were greeted with a beautiful mountain style hotel front and "bed and breakfast" style lobby. Noticed one house keeper cleaning the baseboards...That is something you don's see in hotels and was impressed. Very nice, very clean, great HOT breakfast!! Was in a convenient part of town, 10 min from downtown Asheville and about 10 from the Parkway. Will book again!
Clean, staff friendly, breakfast good and good location.
Hotel very clean, nice staff and ver good breakfast. Nothing
Rooms were clean, staff was nice and helpful, liked that there was coffee in the lobby in the morning and it was good. The breakfast was not good, the items were not bad, it just didn't taste good, not warm enough, not seasoned correctly, etc. Need a real food person in charge making people say YUM when they eat!
Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the bed. Extremely comfortable and slept well. Nice tv. . Bathroom was spotless. We checked in around 3:30 and everything was fine. We left to out around 6 and returned around 10.30 PM. Every parking spot was taken. I`m not sure how many units this hotel has but parking is no where near comparable to the amount of rooms available . When I asked the staff person where I should park he told me to park at the restaurant next door. When I voiced my concern about this his attitude was like " whatever". Guess he had heard it so many times it didn`t phase him. Not sure if I would stay here again or not. For such a wonderful place to stay this is an issue that needs to be addressed.
Clean Breakfast could have been better...no eggs
Great staff, very good room with excellent bed. Staff took the initiative to place our room next to our older children's room; most appreciative. Breakfast choices extremely limited.
Location, price, amenities, super comfy bed The rear parking lot is very cramped and i lack confidence in some late night activity I was hearing but it was nothing to get concerned over.
Renovated interior. Easy access and parking. Shabby exterior under construction. Noisy by the road. Despite hotel being listed as pet friendly, staff gave us a hard time for having 2 small dogs. Less than friendly.
The location was very convenient just off of the highway and between downtown and the mall as well as many restaurants. The staff was helpful in suggesting local sites of interest. The breakfast options were adequate. The room decor seemed modern. The bathroom was roomy. There was a basic workout room. The room was clean and comfortable. The internet was not dependable. There was construction going on, sounded like a jackhammer starting at 7:00 am. The tub in room 107 did not drain properly. There was no pool.
Clean, friendly staff, value Breakfast options (very carb heavy)
Great staff, very helpful and friendly even when besieged by questions. Room was very good with sufficient room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was very weak.
Staff was so rude and judgmental! Really disappointed with them.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was recently remodeled and the new king pillow top bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also adequate and offered a small range of different popular items. The location of the hotel was also ideally located right off the highway and close to the local mall, restaurants, and downtown Asheville was within walking distance. The only caveat was that the hotel did not publicize an extra pet charge for my dog but it was minimal compared to hotel room fee and they were very accommodating for my dog.
Clean, central to everything & the bed was comfortable. I knew what I was getting when I booked the place. I didn't expect an spa. I'm happy with the stay an will return in the spring. The restaurants a short drive to downtown were amazing. I can't say I was displeased with anything. On my stay every 3rd car in the lot was a luxury import from Germany, so it wasn't like patrons were a problem.....
Bed was super comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and continental breakfast is always a plus. Location was amazing because it was only 5 minutes from downtown and there were so many restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. You could even walk to the local bar. Overall experience is 4 stars because the bathroom was the only thing I didn't like. There is no vent for the steam so you have to keep the door open while you shower. The shower has no ledge so a big chunk of the water gets onto the floor. Towels could only cover a small kid.
The hotel was very close to Biltmore Estate which is where we were visiting. For the money the hotel was very nice, clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again. Card keys were a bit tricky to open the doors with , had to hold it just right.
Convenient location for a quick business trip or for the biltmore Free basic breakfast (cereal and coffee that gets the job done) Bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were pretty scratchy. Despite the airconditioning being on full blast, the room was kind of hot and humid.
Great breakfast !
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, except that the shower head kept dripping. The breakfast was a full breakfast that included waffles and other items.
Room was clean and breakfast was very good. No complaints.
The hotel was within 3 to 4 blocks of all the sites we were interested in. I wish we had a week to stay instead of a weekend
The staff was fantastic! Very accommodating of a late checkout when we got stuck at an event. Top notch!
The location can't be beat in downtown Asheville.... Walking distance to the festivals, restaurants, bars, etc 1-5blocks away. Rooms are nice, comfortable, modern decor. Lobby is sophisticated yet not stuffy. Barn door to the bathroom is stylish but doesn't provide much privacy or noise limitations when in the bathroom.
Decor too modern for my taste, very stiff visually and functionally in common areas
the bed. the pillows.
We liked Charles from room service. He was fast and mannerly. This hotel is geared towards businesses and a place for wedding parties. There are charges to make a local call, charges to connect you to a taxi service and a $50 charge is added to your credit card that remains there for 3-5 business days after you've cleared your account. I understand some hotels have this practice, but I was not told the hotel would charge my account in this manner. When I found the charge on my credit card, I had to call the hotel and hang on for many minutes until someone could explain to me what the charge was for. Also, the navigator wasn't too knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The in-hotel restaurant is mediocre but charges $12.00 for a buffet breakfast that is one level above the continental breakfast served at Hampton Inns. I'd skip breakfast at this hotel and go downtown to a great coffee house. We only used the restaurant because we were given 2 $20 vouchers (included in our package). The breakfast wound up costing us $24 + a tip for greek yogurt and fruit. I would not recommend this hotel as my first choice.
Hotel is old and needs updating. Overpriced. Bed was the worst we had ever slept in. TV didn't work. Room was noisy. We were on the 6th floor and could still hear anything that went on in the street. I would not recommend this hotel. Worst part was when I told the front desk about these problems they did not seem to care.
Location, general comfort, capable staff. Noisy vending area right outside the door; unattached drain cover in the tub; tub faucet handle awkward to operate; main door handle also didn't operate smoothly. For $200+ I expected more attention to detail.
The location in downtown Asheville is great, within walking distance of many restaurants, breweries and shops. The lobby is modern and nice and the staff was very helpful. Free in-room Wi-Fi is nice, albeit a little slow You can tell this is an older hotel that has been remodeled. The bathroom was tiny and not very well lit. The bathroom door didn't latch and the TV reception was poor. We also had to request an extension cord because there were no outlets by the bed to plug a phone in overnight.
Room was great, very spacious and well appointed but a little dated. Staff was excellent. Perhaps it was the downtown location but the street noise, even in an upper level room was very noticeable.
Huge room, but almost too big (not cozy). Staff is super friendly. Location, Location, Location! Nice touch that you get water/champagne upon arrival and a goodie back of water and snack bars for ride home. Free internet. Free breakfast at attached cafe which is decent. Was nice not to feel nickel and dimed. Dated furniture (but it is very well maintained).
Location couldn't be better!! Staff is very welcoming, and the spacious accommodations allowed us to spread out and never feel cramped. Comfy bed. Plenty of drapes to block light and really sleep in if you wish. The adjacent bier garden is a bonus if you want to watch sports, and the bartenders are very friendly.
Only thing that was not exceptional were the pillows on the bed......they were not comfortable. Hardly enough to complain about though.
Love the staff; Valet-Steven, the catering manager Gunny , sales manager Tammy In the bathroom there's not enough counter space to put your toiletries, makeup bag etc when you're getting ready to go out or go to bed.
The site is a step down from a Hampton. It's liveable but basic in all regards. Clanking noises all night, I think from pipes. Water took no kidding 10 minutes to warm up, not hot. Very very little water pressure. It was clean, cheap but I expected more in this space. Not doing a 100% renovation really hurts the Sheraton brand here. Lovely warm staff. Older building, old infrastructure. I wasn't unhappy but it could be much better if they invested in the property.
The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom sink counter too small
Location is great, staff are very helpful. Fabulous location if you want to walk into downtown Asheville. However it's not as nice as the normal 4 Points - everything is clean but a bit outdated.
The room was clean They mentioned the free bottle of water in the room....hopefully that is enough because there isn't any more anywhere. 1 floor has vending, almost everything sold out. Also shower didn't work right. Not the worst by far but definitely way too much for what you get.
Nice location to downtown, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do downtown. The room was fine, however there was a load machine sound in the hallway, someone called our room thinking they were calling the front desk, and housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30am. The curtains had stains on them making us wonder....
The room was a good size. They allowed pets. The crib was well built. The linens were very clean. We were put in the first room on the bottom floor. It was very loud. It was hard for our 13 month old to sleep and even too loud for us to sleep. The staff wasn't very nice. They almost seemed upset that the hotel was full with evacuees. We had to call the main number to get a group discount applied. The onsite manager had refused to give it to us.
It was in a good location to walk to downtown restaurants and breweries if you enjoy the hippie scene that downtown Asheville has to offer. The fire alarms went off in the middle of the night on and off for an hour. When I called the desk to ask if there was an emergency the concierge seemed oblivious to the fact that it was the middle of the night and all of the guests were being woken up by loud alarms. He was entirely unapologetic-- and there was no emergency. Every time I was about to fall back asleep the alarm went off again. Not what I'm looking for when I'm on vacation.
I loved that the location was close and everything was within walking distance. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel was very loud, due to the activities and families staying there, but it made it difficult to sleep because every sound traveled through the walls at all hours.
Location was great. Pet friendly. Comfortable bed. Bathrooms were in desperate need for an update
Very good location with accessible parking. Hotel is nice. Excellent value compared to others downtown. Not the most updated rooms.
Great location, close to downtown Nice bar in the lobby everyone was friendly Shower pressure was terrible Elevator was so loud I felt sorry for the people in the 45 rooms down from it Seemed like
Crummy gym, continental breakfast
Convenient Rooms were a bit shabby. No ice machine on the floor I was staying.
The bathroom may have been a bit larger than most and everything worked. The stairwells were nicer, cleaner, and newer than the room Everything seemed to function normally The hotel is right on top of a major four lane highway The hotel is not a lodge The hotel pool was small and not clean The spa was out of order The breakfast attendant had an attitude The hotel was not new, contrary to advertisement The furnishings were low quality There were no room amenities, such as lotion, etc. There were few item choices for breakfast The "reduced" rate for one equals two nights at a Comfort Inn, which is just about a notch above the level of this hotel
Great value during holiday traveling!
Two words. Beer package. You can add on and get a growler of local beer, two mugs, nuts, and cheese for $35. Clean rooms. Spacious bathroom. Bed was amazing. Room was on the first floor right be the front desk and ice machine. Kinda noisy sometimes but not enough to keep you from sleeping.
It was shabby but clean. Staff was accommodating with directions. I like getting a USAToday in the morning It was economical Comfortable mattress The rooms were worn. The location wasn't very close to downtown or to Biltmore Village The breakfast was not appealing Room was shabby No TV channel guide
The hotel Cat. You are met at the front door by a big yellow cat. It make the place seem more like home. Everything was fine.
Nothing Booked the room because of the large jetted tubs and rooms, but when we checked in that was not the case. Our room was so small you could barely walk around. When we went downstairs to ask about the room we were told that there were no more rooms available. At that point, we cancelled our reservation and went to another hotel.
It wasn't bad, I just felt like for the money, it left me wanting more. Location was fine, not super close to downtown, but very convenient to I-40. Cleaning crew was very interactive and sweet. Great shower, water pressure and bathroom. Had a waffle maker. Great for families bc it has an indoor pool. Everything seemed really clean. I went up hoping to have a really great weekend by myself and ended up paying $100 a night for a really tiny room. Probably the smallest I've been in. Internet was very slow. There was no floor length mirror in my room (I am female so this is important to me!) The A/C unit was a bit loud and kept me awake. Lots of kids. Parking lot was pretty dark. Close to highway so it was loud at night. Breakfast wasn't that great. No healthy options. (sugary cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, breakfast breads, juice and coffee) - no granola bars in the shop area- only chips sodas ice cream candy. Overall I really didn't feel like it was the best value for the money. I typically don't report negative things and am pretty accepting, but I just wish it had been a little better experience especially at this price point.
The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Free Breakfast. Short drive to downtown Asheville. The hallways smelled of mildew, and I got stuck on the elevator on my way out! They really need to make sure the lift is functioning correctly.
Nicely decorated hotel. Room was clean and updated. Location is just off the highway and on the corner of a busy intersection. Traffic noise was very noticeable. Heater rattled when on, toilet filled every ten minutes.
Spacious bedroom, layout of room, great shower Coffee was wretched. Getting a setting on the AC ...was either too hotor too cold
My fiance and I stayed in this hotel on our weekend getaway for our anniversary. We knew we would not spend much time in the room, so we chose something nice, but affordable. Hotel was quiet, even at night. Yes, it is close to the highway, but that is well known before booking the room. The room was very clean, smelled good, temperature controlled well. Location is not far from anything needed - grocery stores, convenient stores, restaurants, within 10 minutes from Biltmore, Blue Ridge Parkway, downtown Asheville - all the hot attractions. But, also not too busy since it was not located directly in the middle of a popular area. Very easy to find. Staff was generally very friendly - only 1 of the attendants was "not-so-great". Otherwise, provided what was needed with no problem (extra cups, new TV remote, towels). This would be a great spot for families to stay - Fun Depot within walking distance would be great for kids. Inside pool means year-round swimming capability. Quiet & clean. At first, the TV would not work. But, if you read the back of the remote, it explains how to program the remote to work for that TV. Once programmed, everything worked fine. Only other negative was the pool. On Friday night, we were swimming until 12 AM - no problems. Then, when trying to enter on Saturday night around 10:30 once we got back from dinner, the attendant said the pool closes nightly at 10. Not sure what the difference was between Friday and Saturday, but... Also - the parking lot is a but small and set up oddly - was a little difficult to maneuver with a larger vehicle.
In room amenities were super and the quality of the appointments and furnishings were top notch. Wonderful soaking tub, beautiful shower, luxurious bedding, and super quiet. I loved that there was quiet air conditioning..not the loud whir of so many hotels. The staff in the restaurant were a little undertrained. The service in there was not superb as it was at the front desk and the valet service.
Great decor Pricey
Location was accessible to Interstate. Staff had directions printed for everything. Very nice place, easy access to auto. No oatmeal for breakfast. Got Raisin Bran second day after asking for it. Internet very slow! Did not get Holiday Inn points because I booked through you.
Clean rooms, nice amenities. Wish they had a complimentary breakfast for the price.
I liked the bed, pillows, selection of TV channels, and that my room had a balcony because it looked cool. I didn't like how loud the atrium was in the mornings because my balcony did open up to the atrium. Had to pay for breakfast but it was good.
Room was spacious and clean Our room faced the lobby. If the curtain was open you can see people checking in and they can see you
Website said breakfast was included, but found out after arrival that it was not.
The staff was friendly and gracious. They gave my daughter and I, arriving very late, a room that had a location that was so quiet since we were going to sleep in the next morning. The breakfast buffet staff was very helpful.
Whats not to like?! Loved this hotel and staff Not a complaint one
Tried to find an economical comfortable hotel. They surpassed all expectations. Will definitely stay here again. Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Thanks for a great weekend.
Location Breakfast awful. Bad coffee
Good location, clean , quite, lots if good places to eat close by, plus outlet mall across parking lot
Breakfast Bar Elevator is major clunky and slow. Bathroom way too small for king bed room
Great location. Very happy with the room and customer service. Great breakfast. The walls are a little thin
Staff was friendly, good breakfast, amazing price with location easy to get to from the highway and a quick drive to downtown.
Nice staff, clean, free breakfast Location was ok, would have liked to stay a little closer to Biltmore and downtown as opposed to a rundown mall.
The front host was so helpful and friendly. I wish I remembered her name. Young woman with long strawberry-blond hair. She made us feel welcome and took the time to suggest places to visit, great restaurants to try, etc. Honestly, the nicest host/front desk staff during this trip. We stayed in 6 hotels in the past two weeks. I also loved that they mostly put guests with their beloved dogs on the first floor. At another hotel, I had to ask for the room to be changed, as it smelt like a wet dog. He also gladly moved us and told us most hotels set aside rooms for guests who don't have dogs or travel with them. I figure many who travel with their beloved dogs also let them sleep on the beds. I'm happy that hotels are pet-friendly because we traveled with our daughter, her husband and their puppy, at 2 of the hotels so we had to find hotels that we pet-friendly, but I was happy to be placed in a room that wasn't.
Great for those traveling with pets. Breakfast is very basic but serves its purpose. Bonus is 24 hour availabilty of free coffee.
Have stayed here before. Could tell it was recently updated. Rooms decor and comfort have been improved. Much more comfortable. Complementary breakfast is terrible! Precooked sausage was still half frozen. Eggs were either over cooked on the sides of pan or runny in the middle. Waffle batter was like sludge and cooked like sludge. Stick to the fruit, toast and bagels.
