Pros (+) Our stay in Asheville was very pleasant. Room was comfortable and attractive. Loved the shower. Staff was polite and helpful. We had seen on the website that the pool would be closed for renovations, so were pleasantly surprised to find that renovations were complete and it was open. Pool, hot tub and firepit area were very nice.
Pros (+) Room was very nice. Staff maintains it's well. Staff was very nice and well dressed and spoken desk clerk. You could tell they cared about their job and guest.
Cons (-) Trash can was overflowing out front of lobby door. Hotel it self was very clean, parking lot too with that one exception.
