Rooms were comfortable and cozy. The staff was very helpful. Room was well maintained. The location is great, situated adjacent to Hyatt, Le Meridian, Regenta Central at the heart of Market. Staff is polite, quick and available round the clock. Food is tasty, though options in buffet are limited. Rooms are tidy.

It was worst hotel i ever stayed in. Property poorly maintained. Swimming pool wasn't maintained properly. Poor quality breakfast. Constantly asking for loo roll, never restocked. Scruffy and grubby shower. Only 1 chair on balcony which never got any sun, facing a wall. Sewage smell around the pool, unpleasant. AC wasn't cooling and despite multiple attempts the staff wasn't able to fix that.
