The staff was very friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Our room was clean and beautiful. The brochures of local events that we received from the hotel were great to have.
I was a little concerned that there wouldn't be enough parking. Since the shuttle service ends at 5:00 p.m., it isn't available for evening trips to dinner, etc. My stay was off-season so it turned out not to be a significant issue. But it might impact my decision to stay at ICONA during the summer.
Sounded like a well run place
Breakfast was not available nor was it advertised as such. Location met our needs.
The entire property is sparkling clean and very inviting. The staff was friendly and accommodated our every need. They provided a complete compliment of toiletries and plenty of towels. The balcony provided a side view of the beach and ocean. Beach chairs are provided and set up upon request and the free shuttle is available upon request during daytime hours. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator and dishes so if you are staying longer, than one night, as we did, you would not have to eat out every meal.
The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but since it was a cool night, we were able to keep it off and open the window.
beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Apparently there is a more popular beach nearby, and they have a shuttle to get there, but this one is already lovely. Rooms are very nice, with great design touches and colors and are pretty big. tiny balcony with chairs lets you see the ocean.
Hotel is walking distance from several restaurants, but the one I chose last night wasn't great.
