You don't get assigned a seat until YouTube up at the airport... That's fine, not really a big deal. But because you didn't select a seat, they don't let you print or view your boarding pass on your phone, forcing you to go to the checking desk. For someone that has TSA pre check and travels alot, all that extra time adds up and can sometimes cause you to miss your flight. Because there is on "fast line" when you check-in like there is at the security check point. I only have this problem with Delta, never American airlines..."

This then delayed getting bags that required rechecking. At the AA booth, even though I was 42 minutes before the flight, they would not let me check my bags (not 45 minutes before) requiring me to stay in Miami overnight before booking me on a standby flight the next day. Customer service representatives were unhelpful and supervisor was rude. As someone who travels a lot, this was the worst service I have ever received from an airline (which says quite a bit). Will rethink ever booking a trip on American again."

Unfortunately Heathrow employees board handicapped people and the are horrible. They didn't come to board us until the plane was 75 percent boarded which is just unacceptable for a wheelchair user who cannot stand. BA had to stop boarding to get us aboard the plane with the help of BA crew who are great."

Also when we finally landed, a gentleman pulled the smallest bag out of the overhead compartment that could have fit under his seat. We were offered the free TV viewing but I had very poor sound quality despite trying different channels and two different head sets. Out of your control to a degree but the woman in front of me, who was not in her assigned seat, reclined her chair, further impeding my ability to watch TV and my overall comfort in my seat. Planes need to remove reclining seats. It completely imposes on the comfort of the passenger behind them."

There was no white courtesy phone in the area that was operating, so she went to Southwest and asked if they could page someone to come to the Frontier office and they said no, walked to next terminal to find a working courtesy phone, paged someone to Frontier and within 5 minutes ,10 people showed up. Asked if someone could help. They radioed to the gate that a passenger left their bag. What the rep should have said was that they called the gate, hopefully someone locates and if they do, they will bring it here and we will check on it in a few minutes. The person didn't say a word, 5 minutes later my wife asked what happens now. After a nice sigh and eye roll, the Frontier rep says if they found, they bring it. My wife asked would it be possible to see if they found it instead of just waiting around here for bodies to appear. The bag was eventually found and returned but the experience was just now a good one to say the least."
Pros: "The crew at check in was very nice. Especially the lady who checked me in was very accommodating."
Cons: "My flight to return to Philadelphia on Saturday 9/9 was canceled on Thursday with no notification from Frontier. I found out on Friday while trying to do an early check in! My wife and I went to Tampa Airport trying to find any flight out due Hurricane Irma making landfall on Saturday. Frontier was the only airline closed!!!! Every other airline was open trying to get out as many passengers as they could!"

Cons: "Be prepared to pay extra for snacks and drinks on the plane. The seating was very close in every direction and In my row we found only 1 air-sickness bag, it was fortunate none of us needed one."

Cons: "I paid extra for a window seat, when boarding the seat looked as if someone had an accident. I had to fight to get to the back of the plane to seek with a crew member. When I told her she handed me a wet papertowel and a dry one. I didn't realize if you paid extra you had to clean as well."

Cons: "Didn't find out about carry-on charges till flight was booked. Do your homework about luggage first! It just makes the flight seem cheaper than it really is. Not the most comfortable seats, but what do you expect for the price. 2 & 1/2 hours to Fla is about all you can deal with in those seats, for longer flights pick a more comfy plane."

Cons: "The cancelled my flight and didn't tell us. They loaded us on the plane after being delayed for 2 hours. Took us off saying it would be another hour and we could start reboarding in 30 minutes. Then cancelled the flight with no more flights to get anyone out till monday."

Cons: "No notification about cancellation. No offer for another flight to destination. No reason provided for cancellation. Waited over an hour to speak to an agent who had nothing to offer. Bought a ticket from a more reliable airline, Southwest."
Cons: "I was given the wrong boarding pass and when I went back to the counter to correct that employee was extremely rude to me and on top of that I was charged carry on baggage fee."
Cons: "They lost my seat reservation with no explanation. I was given a choice of exit row (have to get up to access my items in flight), or the very last row. No snacks were offered. Flight attendants were a little rude informing people "I said you can't form a line [for the bathroom], I didn't say you had to sit down!". The final boarding call was made TWENTY minutes before take off, forcing me to wait in a huge line to get to my seat (during which time I could have easily used the bathroom). The plane then still left 5 minutes late."

Cons: "No one explained to us why our 915 flight was delayed until 2 in the morning. And I'm sure the crew was just as exhausted as we were, which is completely understandable. However, aside from one stewardess, they showed how miserable they all were which in turn made the passengers more irritable. The flight home was much more tolerable."
Cons: "Delayed flight for pilot 2+ hours, very little to no accommodations. Flight attendants kept bumping into me during the flight, causing me to wake up."
Pros: "Nothing. It didn't experience anything. Although I did appreciate calling for and getting a refund fairly easily."
Cons: "The flight was cancelled. Originally they delayed the flight, that was okay with me. But then, an hour later, it's cancelled. I don't know what happened to whoever was supposed to come in as a replacement crew member, but I feel like there should have been better preparation for something like this (on Frontier's part and maybe even Tampa International Airport's parT)."

Cons: "There were two delays for take off - one was a mechanical problem which took about 20 minutes and the other was an intoxicated passenger who was not allowed on the flight but then we had to wait while her family figured out what to do for another 20 minutes!"
