Pros: Great Staff!
Cons: Only thing that would have been nice was a fridge
Pros: The staff was awesome and Continental breakfast was best I've ever had. Our dog sitter bailed on us so it was a huge relief that he was able to come with. Great location, much closer to my son's house than I thought which is awesome I didn't get lost
Cons: Kids hockey team was running around being obnoxious and not listening to the receptionist. Nothing on the Americans part so all good with them. That is now my home away from home now.
Cons: First room the toilet was broke. Hot tub didn't work. Water in the sauna was turned off, we had to use a bucket that we filled in the shower and coffee cups from the room to put it on the sauna. Felt like this place was falling apart except the second.
Pros: Location was great and room was comfortable size for us 3. Lobby area very nicely decorated and staff was friendly.
Cons: The air conditioner was kind of hard to adjust and was bitter cold for sleeping overnight... in August!
Pros: This was a very nice American hotel. I just wish they wouldn't jack up the price on busy summer weekends, but I guess that's the way the business works.

Pros: Front desk guy was super nice. Check in smooth. Nice main floor room. Cons The pool was open to the public (for $5,) so was overcrowded, and everyone changed in the one pool shower. The pool was very cold, and hot tub and sauna out of order.
Cons: Hot tub and sauna out of order. Pool cold. Breakast variety so so.
Pros: The people were nice and accommodating.
Cons: The amenities were out of service, no hottub or sauna (chronic problem?). Our original room was still dirty. If you plan to use the pool area I would ask before making a reservation if things are working properly.
