10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s pretty convenient for the money you paid: jacuzzi in the room, warm swimming pool for kids, jacuzzi for adults, restaurant next door, small water fountain and carved wood bears for decorations, pretty big parking lot, complimentary breakfast - perfect who travel with kids.
Cons: Small gym
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was super clean I loved the setting and the mini jacuzzi in the room.
Cons: Parking space was limited
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I really appreciated the room upgrade I got for a minimal price. I will definitely be back!
Cons: Some breakfast items that I enjoyed the first day were missing the last two days.
5.0 Okay
Pros: At least the one night I stayed I pretty much had the pool to myself.
Cons: I’m most upset because on the website it said it was a pet friendly room. We booked a jacuzzi room. When we got there to check in the man at the front desk saw me walk in with my dog and boyfriend who is of color. We went through all of the check in steps and as soon as he handed me the key he then decided to tell me pets weren’t allowed just in that room, and told me on the website that you had to request a pet. He also said the pet couldn’t be left in the room alone so my boyfriend and I couldn’t even enjoy the pool together. He then gave us a different room for only $10 less than a jacuzzi room and we had a view of the highway. I never saw this info online, I double checked multiple times that my pet could come and I honestly felt racially profiled. And the fact that the standard room with a view of the street was only $10 less than a king suite with a jacuzzi was almost a slap in the face. We decided to stay one night instead of 3 and at least they let me switch the number of days we stayed without a fee but this was a hassle, not a good view at all, and again felt profiled. I will never stay here again. We decided to go to two harbors and had a much better experience.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the idea of breakfast burritos, the pool was nice and warm.
Cons: Wish the elevator was working.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the day staff. We were tired after driving and just wanted to be in our room. The day manager made it happen by 1230! Thank you so much!!
7.1 Good
Pros: Hotel was good, not great. Breakfast was fine, staff were good.
Cons: Over priced for what we got. I’m ok paying $250 when I stay in canal park. But to pay that in Proctor?, for an average hotel with small rooms. It was fine, but nothing fantastic.
7.5 Good
Pros: Not to bad.
Cons: The waffle batter handle was broken. Probably not the hotels fault.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was great. The restaurant located on the premises had excellent food.
Cons: I reserved a queen sized and I’m pretty sure that I was given a full sized bed. By the time my boyfriend and I had realized the size of the bed, it was 11pm and needed to get up early to start traveling to Lutsen. The hotel didn’t appear busy when we checked in, but in the morning there were many guests and cars driving very fast in the parking lot. I also found syrup packets on the floor by the bed that made me wonder how clean our room truly was.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff super friendly, pet friendly, away from noisy city
Cons: Attached restaurant food. Over priced, undercooked
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The pool.
Cons: Friday night you can hear the race track.

6.8 Good
Pros: Your desk staff was outstanding, very helpful and just plain nice! Michelle , on duty July 27th, helped us stay on the same floor as our daughter and young grandsons when we had to change rooms. She was was very helpful. The breakfast was good and we appreciated the healthy options. Towels were nice and bathroom was very clean. We loved having microwave and refrigerator.
Cons: The sofa had pieces of food on it when we moved in the room. The hotel was very busy and the breakfast eating area was too small. Pool was way too hot! Treadmill was not working properly in exercise room. Your prices are really high for a simple hotel. We travel alot and I understand that this was your high season but I tried booking over the phone and was told you were full. When I kept looking at 3rd party sites your hotel appeared available at a much higher rates!
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I travel often for work and the first thing I look for is the breakfast since all hotel rooms are basically the same after a certain price point. You guys had a decent hot breakfast (bacon could’ve spiced the egg option up just a tad though). Our whirlpool room was spacious and clean. Will return
Cons: Just maybe add a bacon option to breakfast.
7.5 Good
Pros: Wide selection of food and good flavor
Cons: Price could have been lower
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff were all great. Friendly and helpful.
Cons: The cost to experience ratio.
7.5 Good
Pros: Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Clean rooms.
Cons: Freeway is loud if you’re on that side of the property. Add the intermittent Lou’s humming of the AC to that and it’s not a good night for a deep sleep.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: the people who worked their were really friendly especially the front desk person. Room was comfortable and clean. Close the Spirit Mountain Alpine slide which is why we stayed there. And a close drive to Canal Park
Cons: Breakfast was okay. It wasnt anything special, but was equal to other hotels in the same class that offer free breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything you guys are great!
Cons: We love coming to stay here
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Totally unkept. Terrible breakfast. This is not a plus motel
