Cons: "Load the plane from back to front. It makes sense as people leave the plane from front to back"
Pros: "I think Delta is upping its game, and I’m pleased to see that. Almonds for snacks, phone info about the state of your checked bags—good stuff."
Cons: "Of course the seat was not “super comfortable,” but whe you pick Economy, you know that."
Pros: "Availability of WiFi, a charging port and media options puts Delta a step (or two) ahead of their competitors. The professionalism of the crew, as well as the complimentary food/beverage options are also excellent."

Pros: "Nothing spectacular."
Cons: "The headrests won’t stay up. And it’s hot."
Cons: "Have rhe right to carry at least one luggage per person at no cost. Besides carry on and personal item. Tickets prices and luggage costs are extremely expensive."
Cons: "Seats are so small. Flight was delayed."
Pros: "Staff from Check in to aircraft very pleasant. Snack choice in Coach impressive."
Cons: "Denver airport is far too large for there to be such a small security check therefore it took forever and I missed the flight. Delta tried to charge me $1000 for another ticket to Albany and I decided to fly with another airline for half the price instead"
Cons: "I bought a ticket thinking i bought it through kayak but I actually bought a ticket through a third party in India. Where no one spoke good English. I called the agency to find out if I needed a Visa for my visit to Australia and the told me no. So when I showed up to the airport I didn’t have the right documents and I MISSED MY FLIGHT. Also the wouldn’t just change my flight and charge me the change flight fee. They cancelled my flight entirely and made me buy a whole new ticket!!! Worst flight experience I’ve ever had and this is not my first time flying to Australia or out of country."
Cons: "The seats were in bad condition, I was surprised as Delta usually has well cared for interior and exterior airplanes."
Pros: "The flight attendants were all helpful and pleasant. The seats were comfortable. We were provided with plenty of liquids."
Cons: "The landing was pretty tough and we took off almost a half hour late."
Pros: "Check in Denver super helpful Gate staff hustled to turn around flight Flight crew excellent"

Cons: "Nothing was terrible, but due to the short flights I assume they don’t worry about having planes with entertainment available."
Pros: "Short flight"
Cons: "In SLC they boarded by row numbers and not zones. Weird..."
Pros: "The fact that there was a screen for movie selections and a charging port for my phone and the flight attendants were super nice"
Pros: "Good flight crew"
Cons: "Delayed due to mechanical issues. For 3 hours. No offers for free drink or wi fi. When we finally land we were on the runway for half hour."
Pros: "Everyone was fairly friendly"
Cons: "Cramped foot room"
Cons: "Bags never arrived at the listed baggage claim. After 45 min, I saw bags on a different claim station and I notified everyone standing around. BUT, I filed a claim with Delta and was immediately given 2500 miles, as guaranteed!"
Pros: "Delta is great"
Cons: "Poor Delta DEN counter agent experience. Name on ticket didnt match Delta profile name nor TSA [rofile name. Delta counter agent would do nothing, except blame TSA. Would not check ticket name vs profile name. Happened two consecutive flights. Flight tomorrow morning has no TSA Pre clearance on boarding pass. This will be three consecutive flights. Also seated me next to a person who needed 2 seats to himself. Please never seat me next to a passenger who cannot fit in their own seat. I am switching to SWA."
Pros: "On two of the legs of the trip they notice I was a tall person with long legs and upgraded me to seats with more leg room!! I didn't even ask. Thank you."
Cons: "On the way back there were open seats with extra leg room and I asked the gate attendant if it was possible to switch my seat to one with more room and they said they only could if I paid extra."
Pros: "Crew was nice."
Cons: "The Entertainment sucked. Again I was sitting in comfort class which in theory should buy you more comfort and better entertainment. There was a ton of movies from the 90s and the same movie selection from about 6 months ago when I traveled with them. Also, what is going on, with having to use your own cell phone to watch movies on the plane? Whatever happened to the screens in the backseat of the front seat? I ended up with neck pain from trying to watch a movie on my phone. Delta has become very cheap. It is going into some serious decline."
Pros: "Entertainment system is awesome and similar to what I usually see only on international flights."
Pros: "Most comfortable flight I have taken in some time. Spacious seat, power, good entertaiment, attentive flight crew. On time. Not usually a Delta flier, but times and destination made Delta the choice. Turns out a great choice."
Pros: "What a city.. Unique for hell sure..."
Pros: "Boarding super excellent! Also: Best landing I've ever experienced! Props to the pilot!!"
Pros: "Newer plane with movies."
Cons: "Airlines pack you on so tight."
Pros: "Excellent crew and comfortable flight"
Pros: "Friendly Staff"
Cons: "Check in was very hectic due to limited staff and getting bumped by the red carpet flyers. Boarding is always a little congested due to the lines. Better snacks please!!"
Pros: "Great,I loved it!"
Cons: "I fly Delta quite often, and am usually pleased with their service, but the morning of June 23 was terrible. I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."
Pros: "The moviea"
Cons: "The time of night"
Pros: "Everything else fine."
Cons: "Made me check my bag - even though ther was plenty of overhead bin space."
Pros: "I didn't like anything because the fly leat 3 hours"
Pros: "First we had a mechanical after boarding. I was rerouted through Atlanta. That flight is now delayed by 2hours. I then had to reroute to West Palm Beach instead of Ft Lauderdale. I will leave 9 hours after my original flight time and arrive 8 hours later. Just ridiculous"
Cons: "See above"
Pros: "Smooth ride. Delta got everything right from takeoff to landing."
Pros: "Entertainment options"
Pros: "Upgraded to first class"
Cons: "No entertainment system, no power outlet...for first class this is disgraceful"
Cons: "Bad airline delays change gates horrible not recommended"
Pros: "love when they turn off the lights"
Cons: "annoying late notifications of gate changes"
Cons: "Free wifi"
Cons: "Screaming babies the entire time"
Cons: "Free WiFi kn the plane was hardly working even over US mainland, before it list connection with outside internet over ocean. But it is something I do not care much about."
Cons: "It sucked in many ways. But that wasn't united's fault. The weather was threatening lightning in Denver and of course because of that the world stops turning."
Pros: "Getting a meal and drink"
Pros: "One attendant did it all. And very well. Impressive."
Cons: "More snack options."
Pros: "I liked the tv and movie options on the United app but thought the movie selection could have been better."
Cons: "Not here as long as the last place but was still teribly confusing. The airport is not very new user friendly. I had to ask ppl multiple times where gates were and issues with time changes etc. Was pretty nerve wracking for a first time traveller to the states."
Cons: "the plane's seating"
Pros: "Everything from ticketing to deplaning was smooth and professional."
Cons: "No problems at all."
Pros: "On time"
Pros: "Having about an hour and 20 minutes left me with enough time to explore the airport from one gate to the other without feeling terribly rushed."
Cons: "The ONLY thing negative that I can say is that the Chicago airport had no charging stations at my gate."
Cons: "No bags to go to overhead bin"
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "The food not fit for human consumption"
Pros: "Quick boarding. Ontime departure."
Cons: "Very small servings of food."
Cons: "Being lied to and saying it was weather related instead of the truth of it was a mechanical issue so United didn’t have to pay for hotel!!!"
Pros: "Fast loading/unloading."
Cons: "No drinks. No entertainment."
Pros: "Happy people"
Pros: "Dr usus I"
Cons: "The keys"
Cons: "Big man in a small plane is uncomfortable. Add in a second big man as a seatmate and its even more uncomfortable"
Pros: "Very friendly, efficient staff"
Cons: "Plane was late to airport. Then there was a huge rush to get us boarded and it was very stressful if we were going to fly or not"
Pros: "The gate at the Chicago airport was well designed. There was a line for each boarding group, and you could line up early. This is particularly effective for some Asian flights, which can sometimes be chaotic with many different nationalities all lining up."
Pros: "United payed for the room and 20 bucks for food."
Cons: "Late. Missed the connection to Gillette and had to stay overnight."
Pros: "We'll coordinated."
Cons: "See above comments."
Pros: "crew was friendly and wonderful - pilots were great."
Cons: "they over-sold my flight and i find that absolutely unacceptable. I know (or i hope) this has nothing to do with Kayak, but it almost completely ruined my trip home to visit my sick father. This industry needs to stop this immediately. It happens far too often, and I know it's no accident."
Pros: "The service was good"
Pros: "Glad you didn't give priority to those with other designations like priority plus etc"
Cons: "Plane late leaving Chicago due to no pilot."
Cons: "Lost my luggage"
Pros: "Same as above"
Pros: "Every one was friendly. The plane was clean"
Cons: "They didn't have wifi"
Pros: "no complaints"
Pros: "Was never in Chicago."
Cons: "Was never in Chicago but my stuff was."
Pros: "Perfect, but I did upgrade to United's business plus."
Pros: "Aisle seat."
Cons: "They made my dad check his bag even though there was space."
Pros: "Worst flying experience ever"
Cons: "I was informed today that one of my checked bags was picked up by another customer who eventually realized it was not her bag. She brought it back to the airport and refused to turn over the bag until the airport compensated her. (How this happened I have no idea because I stood right by the entrance of the baggage claim and never saw the bag come out). The customer refused to return the bag until the police became involved at which point she agreed to write a note confirmed she did not steal anything. The bag then needs to be sent to me in 2 days and I'll have to verify myself that indeed nothing was taken from the bag. I'm very concerned how this individual came to be in possession of my bag considering, again, I stood right at the entrance of the baggage claim conveyor belt from the time it started to when it ended. As a result, this experience really made me feel frustrated and violated."
Pros: "I got there on time"
Cons: "Why not have people board the plane based on sat number? Why this cattle call and stand in line like you're not going to get a seat? Everyone fighting for line position so they can get a place in the overhead bins? Stupid."
Cons: "The airline checkin is terrible and time consuming!"
Cons: "Never made it because of stupid United"
Pros: "The pilot got us there safely. Good deal of turbulence."
Cons: "Stewardesses were rude to many. Chit chatted with each other whole way, ignored passengers. "Too turbulent" to serve us a beverage, which was okay. Except first class got full service. Wrong."
