Pros. The customer service was excellent.
Cons. My room was opposite the muster area for the cleaning staff. They were quite loud and made it impossible to sleep-in. The hotel is near a loud nightclub/etc... and this was also a detractor. Also, the hotel was under constant renovation... which contributed to noise disturbances. My room had a window view of an HVAC unit and a wall... and contributed to the feeling that the room/place was "sad" and dingy. Whilst the customer service was excellent, the food was quite mediocre.
Pros. It’s a comfortable and well price little hotel good for families. The breakfast is really good. It’s in front of the beach and the location is the best
