The location is great. Beautiful views on Isola Bella. It took long to check-in and the staff, although very willing, was not very efficient/professional. Had to ask multiple times for things.
Very helpful staff; unusual, well designed room accomodation; lovely outlook from the beach to La Bella Isola An overpriced winelist; being pestered by itinerants on the beach offering massage every few minutes (although I'm not sure what the hotel can do about this)
Location is great, excellent views. The bungalo was very small and had no "garden" as was advertised and shown on the photos. Instead, it had a little plastic desk with two chairs located by the side road, with an angled seaview. Bungalo surroundings vary from one another and you may not get the one as per your expectations. Had to pay extra money to move to a suite because "no other bungalos were available"
Having a great view of the ocean and isola bella is priceless. b/c many of the rooms are stand alone bungalows, insects creep into the room which may be annoying for some guests.
Idyllic place. The location is fantastic, right on the edge of a small bay with a miniature island attached to the shore by a small sand bar. The hotel opened this year so everything is brand new a very beautifully done. In addition is relatively not that expensive compared to other top hotels in Sicily. I felt it was worth the money. As its perched on an incline the carpark is sometimes tricky to maneuvuor around especially if its nearly full. This is typical of such places not just this hotel.
I have enjoyed the fact that it was very well located in the center of Taormina and one could easily reach the dining areas as well as the bus terminal. I really disliked the breakfast, it was to less in terms of food (I mean, it was not enough for the persons accomodated there) and if anybody would require for more, the waitress would not get anything (even though there was an open buffet).
Very friendly staf, good location, few steps to main sguare of Taormina, clean rooms, I can highly recomend this hotel.
location was not very far from the main street It was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms look totally shabby. There walls and ceiling in the bathroom were partly covered with the mildew. The room and the bathroom didn't look also very clean. The blinds were damaged or sth - they made noise almost the whole night. All together looked rather as the second-rate motel than the 3*** hotel which it supposed to be. Moreover, the breakfast was uneatable. And last but not least - coffee was disgusting - I still cannot understand how it could happen in the country famous for its coffee-drinking culture? I hardly could find places I tried such a bad coffee even in my own country. The majority of the staff I've met there didn't speak english well. Concluding - be warned.
location near main street in Taormina nearest payable parking 10 min walk away
Hotel was clean and the location was very good. The view was spectacular The hotel was dated and in serious need of modernisation. More suited for mature people
Very friendly staff, good prices for Taormina - we had to book a triple room as there were no doubles available, but the manager, without our asking, only charged us for a double. It is a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for - basic amenities only. Not particularly nice decor (but again, you get what you pay for). Also, although it is indeed only 5 minutes from Taormina's main street, the uphill walk is harder than might be expected. This is because the roads are absolutely jam-packed with cars and scooters shooting up and down it, and there is no pavement. There seemed to me, therefore, to be an imminent danger of being run over in that five minutes, and, as such, did not make for a pleasant walk. For this reason it may be better to find something actually on the main strip (although I doubt for the price Hotel Natalina offers).
location, tips from the owner, cleanliness of room uncomfortable mattress with broken springs
Simple, basic hotel, proper value for money.
All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionist recommended a good restaurant and visits we could make. The hotel has very limited parking but we were always able to find free parking further down the road. The walk into the town, whilst short is up a steep hill. The town itself has lots of interesting buildings, restaurants, bars, etc and there is access to the beach down a steps/road - you can take the cable car back. The local buses were frequent and cheap.
Staff very nice but hotel room was not good standard and was like something for the dark ages
The view from our room was excellent, overlooking the mountains and the sea. It was also a short walk away from the centre of the town and the cable car to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was a relaxing place to stay. The manager can arrange minibus transport to a great local beach that is better, less crowded and cheaper than the main beaches.
Very modern and stylish hotel, nice location, in walking distance to pedestrian zone Very small rooms
Superb hotel overall .Great location .Spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, Great breakfast freshly cooked to your requirements.. Size of the balconies.
Chic hotel with very friendly staff ( something that Italian/Scilian hotel staff are not noted for ) Nothing was too much trouble, not only for us but for all guests some of which were very demanding.
Very comfortable, delightful staff, close to shops and sights. I am returning for a night at the end of the month. I liked everything
Beautiful, tastefully appointed hotel. Ultra modern accommodations in a Sicillian village that blossoms with antiquity. The restaurant is fine, but visitors are in the center of a town where one cannot find a bad meal; only, as Rick Steves phrases it, better.
Everything We called the hotel for directions from the road. Had they told us that they were the only modern looking hotel on the mountain , right after you pass through the main square and that it had a glass front on the right not the left we would have saved over an hour trying to find the place.
The staff were very helpful and friendly The food was very expensive. "Ceasar's Salad" comprising Lettuce ,sauce and a few croutons was €17.A very high standard of food was available in any of the restaurants locally for half the price. The Hotel lacked athmosphere as there were only a handful of people staying there the week we were there.
Well-designed boutique hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant is an undiscovered jewel. Self-parking facility is non-existent at the hotel. Parking in the garage is expensive.
The hotel is brand new. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is really helpful. If one arrives by car, it is advisable to book a parking place in advance.
only the view the room was to small, dank, bathroom tremendous, balcony not clean, entrance court suggesting that hotel is better, no parking, to noisy (train, road), very humble breakfest
Great views and lovely pool. No internet. Dinner set menu quite expensive for nothing too special.
The view from the room was fantastic and the same can be said of the pool area. The cable car to Taormina centre is conventiently close. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in early and check out late. The access road is rather dangerous for pedestrians, especially at night.
The view from the large terras was great. The personel was friendly and helpfull. The bathroom was small.
very nice hotel, friendly personnel
the hotel is in a very good location for the people who want o visit taormina center cause its a few meters away from the cable car. Plus the Hotel owner is a very amazing person
they fixed our broken air condition within one day uncomfortable bed, very small pillows, poor sheets with wholes
Location is great, you can enjoy wonderful scenery if you swim in the pool or your room is sea view. Close to beach and funivia to Taormina center.
The wiew is magnificent and location is ok. Friendly staff. Breakfast was poor.
The view from the pool was cool, and the free parking was also an added bonus. The terrasse restaurant for the breakfast was also very nice.
What a place. It is the hostess’ generational family home and is a virtual 18th-19th century museum, with art and statuary everywhere. Although she spoke little English, she took us on a grand tour and we communicated fairly well. We were on the second floor, in a big suite with sitting area, all antique furniture, and have a large terrace that looks over the garden and on to Mt Etna. Very quiet. We walked to the waterfront and all the restaurants in about 15 minutes. Parking on site inside the wall of their villa. Small refrigerator in room. Excellent breakfast on the terrazzo. Very convenient to drive to Taormina for the day. No restaurant close by.
The setting. The welcome. A bit of noise from nearby construction work.
The B&B was neat and clean, the surrounding area was beautiful and the view of Mt. Etna was amazing!!! The hosts were great...breakfast every morning, they helped us with directions to local areas, and made us feel at home!!!
Very beautiful villa and garden. Hospitality like coming home every day! Super homemade fresh breakfast. Nice view on the mount Etna from garden/terrace. Grazie mille e arriverderci! ----
It's an old Villa with many antiques, very roomy, relatively quiet, good breakfast, great views of Mt. Etna when it's clear. The owners don't speak word of English. The B&B is listed with an address in Taormina. Hardly!! It was extremely difficult to find and we had Google Map directions. We drove around for 1/2 hour searching. That's because it is no where near Taormina. It's at least 10 minutes by car in a beach town called Giardini Naxos--which is not a destination spot. The B&B is safe and gated, but in a terrible location in the middle of a crappy city.
Very charming and helpful hostess Poor condition of facilities. Specifically toilet seat falling off. This should be fixed
Very attentive and friendly owners.Delicious breakfast, home cuisine -breakfast was like performance. It is a good place for relaxation and excursions. It is very gentle and refined house. Very big and comfortable balcony. There was a fridge in our room, it was important for us. Far from the beach. Near the road - noisily by the nights.
Beautiful house. Excellent accomodations. It is a private house turned into a B&B, and that should be made clearer in the site. People gave us royal treatment. Could not be any better!
This is a classy, antique villa, a great retreat with a wonderful garden. It is excellently located to visit Taormina, and very close to the beach (which it is clean, white sand, clear waters). From the terrasse one can see the beautiful Etna, and hear the romantic church bells. The landlords are extremelly helpfull, they gave us all indications and details on what to vist and where to eat. The breakfast is excellent - tasty & fresh - and it is served by the Lady of the house. Nothing bothered us, we thank a lot for the hospitality!
Family run hotel. Roberto and Rosetta friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Well kept, clean and 5 minutes walk from the centre of Taormina.
The hotel was in a quite position but very convenient for the main sights of Taormina and transport links. Roberto and his staff did everything they could to make our holiday enjoyable. Nothing
Hotel was lovely, the staff very friendly and eager to help. Rooms was excellent have nothing bad to say about it.
Good to have a pool, nice quiet hotel, very friendly owner, well postioned
lacation and nice family incharge very basic room for the price we pay
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner of the hotel was very well organised. We had a very comforable and enjoyable stay.
Good service, reasonable price
The staff was very good. Good recommendations and service. Furniture not very updated.
Friendly staff, excellent service
Very good situation, quiet but not far from the center of town. Very nice staff. Room with a balcony. Very small shower cubicle. No Internet access.
Very friendly and helpfull staff, great environment Not really a bad point, more something to keep in mind: you will need a car to get to other places.
Lovely Friendly Hotel, with very firendly staff. All good!
Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and staying on a fruit farm with young children was wonderful. Close to Etna and the seaside villages was great. Finding somewhere to eat with the children. Most places didn't open until 20:00 which is bedtime!
Good parking, good internet, great views. nice staff A little difficult to find, a couple of road signs would not be wasted or maybe co-ordinates for gps navigation
Lovely hotel, and staff very welcoming and accomodating. The pool is good size (hopefully better weather next time), WIFI was free to access and the breakfast was good. All in all highly recommended.
Cleaniness, nice swimming pool, view is excellent Matrasses, dinner is ok, but not what you expect from an agroturismo
Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room and lovely homemade dinner. Staff were very helpful and careful about my non-lactose dietary requirement. Wifi could not be accessed from room we were staying in but other than that all was very good.
A beautiful little hotel set in an orange grove- rooms spotless and bathroom great- new I would say! Staff were amazingly helpful in every aspect. Breakfast normal continental- very satisfactory For the amount we payed this was a fantastic place. I didn't print off a map before I left and the gps had a little spaz attack so finding it was a little difficult until we rang them and they guided us there delightfully! The hotel is a little out of the way and you need to drive 10 mins or so to find restaurants for dinner- the hotel restaurant was closed the night we arrived.
Quiet location with a great pool. Excellent value. Clean rooms. Centrally located for visiting (by car) Taormina, Catania, and Mt Etna.. No local restraunts you can walk to.
Lovely villa......the breakfasts are homemade items both unique to a buffet and delicious. Rosalie and Elena are wonderful hosts for the villa.
The breakfast was very good, service was excellent and location was perfect. The view, we did really have such a good view. The beds were not that comfortable, they did not match the comfort level of the hotel and the service.
Interior design - a small hotel, few rooms - personal service/staff - location nothing, just perfect
This family owned 16 bedroom Villa hotel is very tasteful, excellently maintained and impeccably clean. The owners/staff are first class. If you want a quiet atmosphere, b&b with optional light lunch and are prepared to eat out every evening (no evening dining) this hotel is ideal. If you want lots of action for children, a keep fit facility or to be at the heart of Taormina look elsewhere. But remember, what they do they do very well.Highly recommend for it's type. Public transport in the whole area is not great, spent a fair bit on taxis.
Nice hotel outside Taormina for people with a car. Rooms with balcony with table and chairs facing the sea. Very pleasant. Wonderful breakfast and kind service. There was a house being built not far away so we got a very annoying noise at 7.00 in the morning keeping us away from the garden and swimming pool.
friendliness of all staff somewhat overpriced
Location and atmosphere of an old well preserved villa
Most friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for visiting the city of Taormina as well as nearby beaches. Away from tourist hustle & bustle yet near to all places of interest. Stylish and pleasant ambiance. Nice pool and sun deck. No car parking problems. Some traffic noise if you like to sleep with your balcony door open. Bathroom outdated.
The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The pool area was very nice to sit around and relax after a long day of site seeing. Our bathtub did not have a shower curtain which made it a bit tricky. The wireless internet was spotty, did not work in our room.
We greatly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. We had a marvelous view from our room, which was very comfortable, and we found the staff to be friendly and helpful. For travelers with a car, it is easy to get from the hotel to the parking lot on the west side of the hill-town of Taormino, and the hotel provides a 40% discount on the parking fee.
Good location. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. No evening restaurant.
The small 'Villa' atmosphere. The modern yet comfortable interiors, and generally the high standard of decor. The very friendly and helpful staff. The lovely terrace where we ate breakfast - which was also good in selection of sweet and savoury items and quality. As we were there in October the swimming pool looked very inviting - and I do love to swim on holiday - but was cold, as it's unheated. The manager said that heating was uneccessary in the summer, and that may be so, but early and late in the season, for me to enjoy a swim, it certainly is necessary!
It's a realy great pleace!
the view, the swiming pool and the excellent breakfast italian staff never very dynamic
the views having a film being made in the hotel during our stay. no thought about health and safety
Quality of the public rooms No
It was a wonderful experience to stay this hotel. Sprendid view..... Very difficult to get the hotel by car.
The hotel was quite beautiful and well located. The breakfast on the terrace with the beautiful view was a delight. We were located in the annex which we would not have taken if we realized it. Although the room was nice, we felt isolated.
luxury and intimate
The facilities, the view and the location
The accommodations were first rate. The view from our balcony of the sea and of Mt. Etna was breathtaking. I loved the proximity of the hotel to the Taormina shopping area. I am already planning my return trip to the Grand Hotel Timeo. We ended up staying in a Junior Suite rather than the Double Deluxe Room. The signs in Taormina to the Grand Hotel Timeo could be better. It was hard for us to find the hotel entrance and the parking area.
The whole atmosphere in the hotel, with all the history and kind staff
We were not satisfied with our original room in the annex, but were upgraded to a suite in the main building with a wonderful view as soon as the staff realized our unhappiness.
Convenience to Taormina. Helpful staff. Room was nowhere near sound proof. Shower was poor and water was lukewarm. Breakfast was poor.
Quiet location, nice view from our balcony over Taormina and the sea, staff was very friendly Breakfest was very poor, 15 minutes to walk into the center of Taormina
It looked exactly as it had on the photos. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very smiley Nothing really - my room was clean, large, great shower, but dark with no outlook it was number 106 tucked around the back of the swimming pool. I would have found it depressing if I had to stay there a long time. As a single traveller I do like to spend time reading in the room in the afternoons and could not have done it in room 106. Breakfast was not great but adequate
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Friendly, quiet hotel that suited our needs. Nice pool, though no shallow end. Always free sunbeds, which is good news. The walk into town isn't as bad as we expected, but do expect some gradients. Breakfast arrangements were fine, though food at other times and bar very limited. Just be aware that Taormina is very expensive and though there are lots of restaurants the variety is limited, not going far beyond pizza/pasta. The hotel staff were very helpful in arranging trips and cars - do go on the Stromoli at night boat cruise to see an erupting volcano; it was a highlight. Good balcony with sea view, but no external light, so couldn't sit outside to read and have a glass of wine once my son in bed. Would recommend they fit balcony lights like most other hotels.
The hotel seems reasonably modern, the state of the building and furniture is good. Personell is friendly. Location is good. It was very noisy, doors were slamming all the time in the morning, I guess by staff running around and making a lot of noise. Breakfast was poor, bread didn't seem fresh not much choise of items and service - even though the personell tried, they were simply not trained / equiped well - was slow. Shower was way too hot or cold, nothing in between. Last morning, only cold, no hot water.
I loved it!!! Beautiful views to the see. Great facilities. Excellent. Can't wait to go back there!!!
Nice pool (if a bit deep for the kids). Great service from the pool bar. Lovely view from the balcony. About 15 minute walk to centre of town. Pool deep for young children. Parking tight but it wasn't a problem for us.
Friendly staff, lovely terrace restaurant with views of Mt. Etna. Not a great choice at breakfast and not self service but nice nonetheless.
The extra 10 euros for a superior room with seaview as worth the money.
The view from the room, sea and mount Etna, so beautiful. The centre of the town was quite some steps down, which is normal staying in the mountains, we quite enjoyed this walking back and forward. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly and helpful.
very close to the city
The views Access is via many stairs, and it is a big climb to and from the township which would be difficult for the unfit. This needs to be mentioned on the website.
The natural scenic backdrop is really worth a stay. Telephone facility needs improvement.
the view, the breakfast and the very nice waiter no cleaning or change of towels for 5 days, noisy, unreasonably hard bed.
Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Very nice views.
Perfect location, wonderful view, delicious food, great breakfast, friendly staff Very thin walls...
The hotel is in a parklike setting of luxurious greenery. The receptionists were very helpful.A bountiful breakfast was served in a room with a great sea view.Bedroom was ample and quiet. All was very well maintained and attractive. It costs E15 each way by taxi to Taormina but it's worth it not to have to drive it oneself.
This is a brilliant Hotel, great loacation, very friendly and helpful staff. The Hotel has an excellent vibe about it. The garden is a joy and the viewes from the lovelly room (31 are great. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it The only negetive points would be for some its a fair walk up to the cable car to Taormina and resturants at the top of the hill. The train runs past the front of the Hotel, but this did not bother us - in fact I enjoyed watching them come along the coast. They don't run at night so you will sleep well even if your an light sleeper
nothing in particular The noise - the train going through the backyard and the motorway very close
The personnel was very friendly and helpful. the garden was nise. The personnel help with car parking is a good idea It woul be better if the hotel become non smoking area. Our exellent impressions were spoiled by the smoking people on terrases and balkonies. Why should we renonnce from fresh sea air if we couldn't cope with others' people smoke?!
Secluded, peaceful setting yet not too far from cable car to Taormina Proximity to local train line - although not a major issue for me
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Wireless internet available. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast. 500m away from the funicular which takes you right to the city center (3 eur) Train goes in front of the hotel eveery 15 minutes, during day time. If you travel all day long, it should not be a problem.
Friendly staff... One of the rooms offered had no windows!...and there was no possibility to get a folding bed for a child..we left after first night and moved to a higher priced facility..
For the price the room had all the basics that we needed. It does have a good location, and free parking which really helped. The receptionists were all extremely friendly and helpful This is a 3* hotel which likes to think of itself as a 5* hotel. All the pretentiousness is there. The catering/breakfast staff have a bit of an attitude, and forced us to listen to italian radio loudly over breakfast.
beautiful old style hotel, in good repair and very clean, great locality parking is very very very limited and should be reflected in description!
Location (close to the beach of Mazzaro, close to the funicular to Taormina, breakfast terrace facing the sea), service Trains passing close to the hotel
Intimate, luxurious and very good value out of season. A room you don't want to leave The shower didn't drain quickly enough
Everything was fantastic - but the atmosphere was stylish without being sterile. The service was attentive, warm and very competent. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was yummy. The only thing that redeemed our 3 days of rain - was El Jebel. This hotel would suit anyone - young or old. I would not recommend this for anyone having difficulty climbing stairs. Although our luggage was taken care of - there are still at least 20 steps to the main entrance.
The room and the staff were terrific
The room and location No pool!
Building is superb as is location. Suites are well designed and reasonably spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. There are a number of extra charges that are not expected with a five-star establishment eg for beach club use; for wifi and for parking and incidentally the parking is not on-site as suggested on the website. The standard continental breakfast though adequate is a tad on the meagre side.
An excellent hotel in all aspects! It was the first time we spent a couple of nights there, but we would definitely like to go back, at least once a year. Relaxing, luxury and cozy at the same time. Excellent sea view from the Suite of Sultan, original design and decoration of the room and the bathroom. Mediterranean breakfast just superb. The only limitation, for people with walking problems, is the access to this hotel: through 20 stairs (and no access by car).
The hotel was luxuriously appointed, spotlessly clean and the staff very courteous, attentive and friendly. The interior design was beautiful and cleverly executed with many attractive features. It was positioned within walking distance of shops, restaurants and historical sights. The roof terrace was disappointingly small with few sunbeds and parasols. There was a very noisy air conditioning unit within a few metres of the sunbeds. Due to the lack of a swimming pool and balcony this was a problem for relaxation. In hotels literature there was a beach club advertised but no mention that it would not open until the 1st June. As we arrived on the 28.05.10 this was a disappointment. The beach club was clean with good facilities and friendly staff, but as it was shared with a 3 star establishment was a little mediocre for a 5 star luxury hotel.
Excelant view Breakfast was a little poor
A perfect boutique hotel in the hearth of Taormina! The hotel staff were very professional and courteous. They spoke perfect English. The waiters at breakfast were exceptional serving a multi-course breakfast of our choice. The room was luxurious but not overdone. Comfortable beds, silent airconditioning, tastefully decorated, amazing views! The bathroom was exceptionally clean with the most elegant fixtures I have ever seen. Internet wifi available for free. The hotel is excellent located in Taormina (Sicily's Monte Carlo!), everything is within walking distance in this historic town. From the hotel's terrace (cool bar & restaurant on the rooftop) you have a superb view over Sicily's East-coast with Etna and Mediterranean sea! We will be going back to El Jebel that is for sure! One of the best hotels I have stayed at!
The service and staff were excellent but as far as I could tell there were only one other couple staying at the time. It needs to be seen how they would cope in the high season. The design of rooms and and bathrooms was first rate and functional. The main restaurant menu was the only menu on offer for room service. For a hotel of this there should be another choice.
Location. My only complaint was the "surprise" cash request at check-out for our excursion to Mt. Etna. While the excursion was booked by the hotel, and we were told it would be charged to the room when it was booked, we were not told that we would have to pay for it separately from the room charge, in cash. And its not like the excursion was cheap and you generally have that amount of money in your wallet....
The staff was excellent and the location is really great. They don't serve English breakfast.
central location, walking distance from attractions, restaurants, cafe and city center. breakfast terrace on roof beautiful the bathroom and shower were small and not in a good condition, even bad considering the price we paid, no parking
the location is excellent adjacent to restaurentsand bus depot, shops, tour agents.a short walk to local supermarket should you require anything. we had aroom in the annexe dark and uninviting to spend any time there.you did not feel as if you were in ahotel.we had come from the amalfi coast from a hotel with a similar rating but there the similarity ended.
The staff were extremely helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We were given 'insider' advice on places to visit. We were voluntarily offered a room change to a more child-friendly one, and were even allowed to store our luggage after our check-out to allow us an extra afternoon (we were due to return in the evening).
excelent hotel with amazing sea veiws & gardens in Toarmino
The resort staff provided superior service from check in to departure and true to advertised detail there were stunning views of the sea and Mt. Etna from the restuarant.
The location is perfect. The building has a nice atmosphere and the service is what can be expected from a hotel in this price range. The room was small for a room in this price range. The food and beverages were unpleasantly expensive.
Perfectly sited for getting into Taormina with stunning views of Etna from a gorgeously positioned garden. A very wonderful building. Everything was ridiculously expensive (even for Taormina!) so we didn't use any facilities other than the room itself and the gym. 9 Euros for a cup of tea; 20 euros for a half bottle of average wine. Rather than stimulate extra revenue from its guests, its policy seems to drive them into the arms of the surrounding businesses.
the perfect hospitality; delightful staff; great pool ; very beautiful surroundings and understated elegance. no
Staff is excellent and could not be more helpfull and patient, location perfect just minutes away from via Umberto, food good but I had better. Pool area is not good for children pool too deep and too quite.
The service was excellent and breakfast very good. The restaurants are excellent but on the expensive side. Sell the house before eating by the pool. The cost of extras is very high, the rooms and general decor very tired with cheap rather nasty furniture in the rooms, the pool is right on an exit route out of town so is noisy. Good hotel that's seen its best years.
Bedroom too small x price requested. For lunch only restaurant open Pool- site. Price for in hotel drinks-food exorbitant. Ambient excellent, gardens super.
Location, cortesia dello staff, ottimo servizio e rapporto qualità-prezzo (upgrade gratuito in una splendida suite)
The facilities for business use were quite poor with limited access to internet & business facilities. in the end I had to go into the town to use the internet facilities
