Pros: We loved the food. Kids enjoyed the activities such as fishing and biking.
Cons: Place was relaxing..though need more activities like jetski, heated pool. Reception and in the restaurant was good, the rest of the staffs need more training on customer service..
Pros: The place is very nice,,perfect for a vacation ,, we are all enjoyed sp the kayak,, very relaxing scenery,,
Pros: The place is so calm, we really enjoy it! And to all the staff they are very accommodating and they allowed us to check in before 2pm. Also the food is great worth the money. Thank you Ms. Darlene and Co. for your great service!
Cons: The door lock is broken please replace it. And No fridge
Pros: they were flexible with time. staff were very friendly and food was good and inexpensive. some places are good; some are not. heater was great. environment friendly.
Cons: we were welcomed with an old and dirty pool. rooms are pictured as villa but really in an ancient but tolerable hotel.

Pros: Toilet was clean and well maintained. Staff were alert to advise visitors to leave the pool when it was raining with lighting and thunder, good to know they are after their visitors' safety.
Cons: Facilities are outdated. Nothing great on the food.
Pros: Expansive property with potentially lots of things to do. Good for families, barkadas, team buildings, etc.
Cons: I didn't like that there was no bellman or staff to help us with our bags, luggage, etc. at the parking lot. This was really a negative for me because it wasn't apparent in the info about the place that there was a boat ride involved (albeit a short one) and that parking was going to be on the mainland. It was raining when we arrived, which made it really stressful to place our things on the boat ourselves while minding young children, including an infant. I also felt that while there were lots of activities/amenities one could potentially use, it seemed to me that these amenities had seen better days. Maybe it was also just the off season or something but there were no staff manning the rides (or at least ones who were quick to offer assistance when guests would show interest in using the facilities). It was also not clear from the briefing at the front desk that if one wanted to use the "premium"/for hire facilities, one had to settle such things at the front desk beforehand. To be fair, this was written on the paper that they will give you when you check in but it would've been very much appreciated if they reiterated these as reminders on checking in. WiFi access is limited - you have to pay for it at 100 pesos per device. I found that off-putting.
Cons: The pool is not well maintain anymore. Dirty. The food is expensive and only few choices they don't refill. Sucks! Before the palce was good now is a disaster. Waste of money!
Pros: staff are very accommodating especially those working @ the front desk
Cons: Garbage everywhere and it’s not a well maintained facility. The food is too expensive, 400/person for the buffet but they only have 3 menus. For me this resort is not suitable for couple the ambiance is not romantic though. Staying at this resort is way too expensive 4050/night
Cons: the doorknob are not safe no double lock mentioning the cabana room so crowded the linen are dusty
