Cons: the location is pretty shabby, basically across from a Wal-Mart
as nice as it is on the inside, the hotel looks pretty bleak on the outside

Pros: Clean, polite staff. The main thing we look for in a hotel is its cleanliness. So far, so good with this hotel.
Pros: The new facility looked great. I lived the modern look. The pool was nice, if hard to find.
Cons: They only gave us enough linens for three even though the reservation was for four. There was only decaf coffee in our room. The bathroom floor didn't look like it had been swept.

Cons: Noisy construction and the parking was expensive.
Pros: Great location
Cons: Hair in bathroom
Pros: Clean, new construction
Cons: Phone kept ringing in front desk (unmaned), which annoyed everyone in the breakfast area.
Pros: Great Location for visiting family in area. Staff was very helpful.
Cons: Fan in bathroom did not work very good, steam took really long to clear up I had to wipe mirror every time. Also stayed on first floor and the back exit door did not close properly after entering and exiting, had to make sure it was closed securely. I felt it was a security issue for non-customers able to enter without staff knowing. There was a sign on the door for the guests to make sure to close door but there were many times we returned and were able to open the door without the card, made me feel uncomfortable.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Staff wouldn't give us late check-out
Pros: Location - close to major roads, restaurants, and a mall.
Free buffet was not bad at all.
Staff was friendly.
AC did a great job cooling the room.
Cons: Noise - sound insulation could be better - could hear the car noise and it interfered w/ our sleep.
Room wasn't nasty, but could be cleaned more thoroughly.

Pros: The inn and it's setting are beautiful. Food was delicious and free breakfast (Crab Eggs Benedict, yum) was a nice plus. The staff was extremely helpful in providing tourist advice. Sunset on the deck was relaxing and gorgeous. Highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: Only drawback, which was minor, was the inn's proximity to the highway. Sound of trucks climbing the mountain road detracted a little from an otherwise beautiful location.
When you stay at The Historic Summit Inn, you can practice your swing on the golf course. Guests indulge in spa services, then grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. Other highlights include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, and a bar/lounge.
Pros: We only live 30 minutes away from there. We were in the area for a Valentine dinner and dance event and decided to make a night out of it. So instead of driving home after our event we spend the night at this hotel and we're glad we did. The room and hotel was very clean and comfortable. Very nice selection for breakfast. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. I give them a 10 out of 10.
Pros: Close to attractions and Pittsburgh
Cons: Noisy refrigerator. Second and third night we unplugged it. Also heating and cooling system was noisy. Turned that off also during the night.

Cons: Didn't feel it was the cleanest the bathroom had wall damages that were repaired with tape and repainted
Pros: Very clean. Has been maintained well. Many Pokemons around...
Cons: It was very difficult to connect to its wifi. You need to try many times.
Pros: Friendly staff members
Cons: There was no hot breakfast compared to the room rate
Pros: check in was extremely quick, the room was immaculate, the staff was courteous. I definitely will stay again if in the area.
Pros: Right off the freeway and for the area it seemed to be the best option around. Very clean and seemed pretty much new, comfy beds and everything was in order. I have stayed in hotels that were more than double in price and weren't half as nice.
Cons: Only small thing and it's not a big deal at all was, the shower surround on top where the wall meets was a bit bubbly and starting to fall apart on the far wall.

Pros: We stayed at this Super 8 due to its proximity to the Laurel Hills region and its low price. We stayed two nights. The room was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was perfectly adequate.
Happily enough the hotel is located next door to two Mexican restaurants - one of which seemed to be engaging in a price war with their margaritas. This was an unexpected and delightful development. Margaritas are best enjoyed when you don't have to worry about driving and can walk back to your hotel. This counts double when they are cheap.
Cons: Occasionally the footsteps of other guests would travel through the walls, but not enough to disturb my sleep.
The Super 8 of Uniontown was newly built summer 2002. They are near Country Stroll Antiques, Penn State Fayette Campus, Laurel Caverns and Uniontown Hospital. They offer Super Start Plus Breakfast, 24 hour front desk, interior corridors and daily weekday newspaper. All the guest rooms offer hair dryer, fridge, microwave and iron/ironing boards. There are also many restaurants nearby. Guests must be 21 Years of age or older to make reservations. Sorry, we do not allow pets.
Cons: Rooms are outdated and somewhat dreary. Remote control was missing the power button

Pros: Friendly staff and in good condition. Clean bedding and towels. Nice updated bathroom.
Pros: Loved the view of the lake and the porch to relax. So adorable.
Cons: Nope very cute and clean. Will be back
Pros: The location was convenient to the event I was attending
Cons: Under new management to the hotel's detriment. I had stayed prior & enjoyed my stay. The room was musty & the mattress was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Literally the worst night of sleep I've ever had. Woke up atleast 6 times. Will not return.
Pros: It's family owned by folks trying to make a good living .
Cons: The grass was not kept up, the rooms smelled like they overly sprayed with a fragrance to cover smells which gave me a real headache ....there was mold in the bathroom over the shower .... would have just stayed at a micro tel hotel
Pros: The room was clean, the staff friendly. We had privacy and the maid staff was thorough. We stayed for three nights, left early each morning and spent the day at Ohiopyle. It was nice to come back to a clean room each evening.
Cons: The overall appearance of the hotel needed a little work. Shrubbery needed trimmed, decks on each room needed stained, lawn needed mowed. The pond could have been a nice place to fish, but the shorelines were completely overgrown with no access.
Pros: Nice friendly people, place was clean, close to pond that we fished at. Very nice place to stay and we'll be back soon.
Cons: The back door had a big spider making a web. The porch needs repainted and for $---. A night the patio furnture could be a better kind. It was a plastic table and chairs and they were dirty.
if you like to fish pond located right on property. A few good restaurant close by
Pros: Great location for visiting Frank Lloyd Wright homes (falling waters and kentuk knob)
Cons: no frills basic room. ice machine located at check in and you could not fill your own ice bucket, person at counter filled it. which I thought was a little cheap.
Pros: We really did like the space the room had outside they do have really nice back decks they are in dire need of refinishing but are ok.
Cons: I didn't like that my fiance' got stung numerous times because of the huge bees nest that was located under the plastic patio table out on the back deck. In my opinion they should check for those kinds of things before renting the room when its by woods.
Pros: Just an average room, dated, nothing special.
Cons: We paid more for our room (about 10%) than we would had we just walked in the door. A rather pricey room for what we got. Average room, dated, 'continental breakfast' was really minimal - cereal and a few donuts/bagels etc.
Cons: Breakfast (almost nothing, Styrofoam cups, no choice)
Pros: The location of the hotel is pretty good. Away from the road, with a big lake in front of the window, the surrounding environment is good.
Cons: The instruments in the room is very noisy: the air conditioner, fridge and hot water generater kept turning on and off. We couldn't sleep well for the whole night.
Pros: it was expensive for the level of installations.
