Pros. If it wasn’t for the man at the front desk we would have had a horrible experience. He was very friendly and helpful and spoke great English. He assisted us in getting a taxi, getting train tickets, gave great advice and even let us print something for a totally different trip for free! We greatly appreciated his customer service.
