Our stay was wonderful!! Staff were welcoming and very friendly. Room was clean and just as expected. Valet parking is expensive, but there is an affordable lot right across the street, which staff informed me of. Would recommend!
Breakfast could have been fresher. We had previously had wonderful breakfasts at other Homewood Suites.
Staff member who checked me in very professional and patient Good work ethic
I thought the valet parking price per day was too high
Great location and the hotel was nice. Our room was decent also.
Breakfast was better than most during Covid. But, they were severely understaffed and everything was run out both mornings. Rooms were not cleaned during stay for same reason. Time to stop using Covid as an excuse and start providing excellent service.
The Staff Was Great. THE Chef Was So Accommodating With Helping Us.
The employees were amazing! Everyone was incredibly friendly helpful and accommodating. They were able to change our room when I realized I had inadvertently booked the smaller size on accident. Will definitely stay there again.
The sofa in a room sink in the middle so that made it pretty uncomfortable. The fridge also made some weird loud noises randomly throughout the day. Other than that everything is great.
Staff was super friendly. Took Covid precautions
The staff couldn't have been nicer and parking was a breeze. The room was clean and we felt very comfortable staying there.
No towels in the pool area!!!!!
Very neat and clean
Very clean room. Carpet looked like it had just been shampooed! Well supplied kitchen. Comfortable beds. Staff. others unnamed; they were all so helpful and professional. Room darkening shades. Very quiet at night on fifth floor.
Parking. $32 per night for parking inside hotel parking garage. Other choice is meters on street, which are one-armed bandits that didn't always work correctly.
The staff was very informative and helpful. Each one that I met was very friendly and exceeded my expectations.
Price to park!
They did not clean our room or bring us fresh towels. Not sure if that was due to Covid issues, but I was not communicated with about the room not being serviced. Other than that the room and hotel is top notch.
