Pros: The camaraderie in the queue which made an outrageously terrible experience less egregious.
Cons: Only one person at the desk, +1 hour queue, extremely inefficient check in system which required a DVLA check, a credit check, and repeating personal information several times. Due to a clerical error when checking my previous address in their credit check system, they first refused to rent me a car because they couldn't find me in their credit check system. After I asked for the manager, Tracy - who was very polite and fixed the error, I was only given an apology and nothing else after being treated so poorly and nearly wasting an hour and destroying my travel plans. If you insist on having such a terrible system in place, have 2 people on the desk! I will not be supporting this company in the future.
