Pros:
My drop off day was on Monday and it was the Labour day and the branch was closed with no information! We spent 3 Hours by the door of the branch to figure out how to dropped off the car, key and where to park the car as the parking was full!! And there were no customer service even to answer our call!Cons:
Provide information of how to drop the car on the days that the branch is closed or provide a Proper customer service Number!9.2 Excellent

It is a good company to deal with. I did not want to rent at the Abbotsford BC airport so ended up here. Just have to add in the taxi fair of $70.00 each way but worked out fine. The Mazda 3 was in good shape and good on fuel.Cons:
I was not aware that the company was closed on Sunday.10.0 Excellent

I could not find the location as it is within another business. I have contacted them twice to be refunded as no car rental happened and they told me to contact you. Please refund me or I contact consumer matters.Cons:
