Great experience for the price - good value.Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. We decided we wanted to extend another day and called a few hours before we were due to return and Alpha were happy to add another day on at the same price - no excessive charge which was great. No complaints about the car either, great condition and very economical which helped with the overall expense of hiring a car!Cons: The pick up / shuttle service is a little clunky and adds time on to the overall exchange but it’s worth it for the cheaper price you get for shopping a little further a field.
Pros: The process was so easy and the staff were clear and helpful.Cons: It was hard to find our car at first because no one showed us where it was.
4.8 OkayAug 13 2018
Cons: I had done my application online, but the Budget office at the Brisbane airport had NO WORKING INTERNET CONNECTION, so I was unable to show them what I had purchased on my laptop. Yep, that's right. I had to purchase a MORE EXPENSIVE deal there, and then had to drive downtown the next day to the Budget office and get it straightened out, and I'm still not sure that it was done properly.
Pros: Easy quick processing and drop offCons: The driver’s seat was not particularly comfortable on a longer trip. Needed more lumber support.
8.0 ExcellentApr 10 2019
Pros: Dis not rent car in Ascot
4.8 OkayJan 17 2019
Cons: Car was filthy inside. Drop of at BNE airport was terrible. Had to go into the airport to get trolley for luggage. Had to then go to level 2 to drop off the keys. Should have trolleys and someone on site to drop off.

Good customer servicePros: Nice car overall. Kathryn that checked us into our rental was great and helpful!
2.0 MediocreJul 9 2017
Cons: I was unable to use the service but the website wouldn't let me cancel my reservation. I would got to the screen, Are you sure you want to cancel your reservation, and it would not let me choose yes. Since I was abroad, I couldn't call. Will never use this again!
Pros: The original lady i spoke to at Hendra was excellent. However had to make several calls to get advice on repairs to puncture i had recieved. Phone Brisbane office which then transfers you to Hendra where you have to wait lengthy waits at both places. Very frustrating.Cons: The actual cost was more than i expected in fact double because of insurance costs. Plus i had half a day getting a puncture repaired as tyre dealers didn't have the unusual size that Hyudai have put on there latest cars.
Pros: You couldn’t pay me to drive a Suzuki Swift back home...until Inhired this car. Great customer service and this car was LEGEND.Cons: Honestly, the insurance cost more than I expected, but might as well make sure I have $0 liability Incase of a catastrophe. Everything else was top, 100%, LEGIT, LEGEND. Insurance wasn’t even that expensive so maybe I’m being a drama queen, haha!
Get what you pay forPros: Easy pick up and drop off at airportCons: Exterior of car was dirty and tires needed air, had to demand a new car after we looked at the car and saw the wheels bowing out from lack of air. Terrible customer service, dodgy insurance eg claims you have rediculous excess to pay even if you aren’t in fault of any damage to the car, even if it’s fault of another driver.
6.0 GoodJan 9 2018
Pros: Car was very clean and comfortableCons: Hidden extras in costs, our total ended up being double what we had originally planned. Two to four weeks to return the $200 bond, am currently trying to find out why so long.
Classic bait and switch at Brisbane AirportCons: I booked the premium car three months in advance - they didn't have one when I arrived. They offered either a large gas guzzling SUV or a Camry. I took the Camry, and they refused to give me a lower rate. End up paying hundreds of $ more than I should have for the 3-week rental, but it was 5:30am after a 14 hour flight and I wasn't about to go shopping elsewhere.
Pros: Pick up and drop off was simple and convenient.Cons: The company claimed i damaged the car, sent me one vague email stating they were looking into the damage done and would contact me with their findings but then proceeded to charge my credit card US$ 830.00 without following up on their first email.
