Love the patio overlooking the river. There is no elevator but we got a ground floor room with no problem.

Pros (+) We had forgotten to request a ground floor room and the hotel was almost full but they looked closer at the room assignments and were able to rearrange groups to accommodate our late request. It wouldn't have been a big deal if they couldn't help us but we definitely appreciated the effort.
Cons (-) Free breakfast bar very basic but sufficient.
