The staff was friendly and the room was amazing
Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel, including rooms is very clean and quiet. Room decorating and furnishing is current.
great room 415. spacious at the end of the hallway and quiet.
I had to keep logging into the internet which was frustrating as I was trying to work. Their internet kept bouncing me off. Same with the tv -- kept loosing signal or freezing.
hotel staff was great, valet guy not so much
The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Quick and easy check-in and out. Nice breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean and comfortable.
The hotels valet was not friendly, made me feel uncomfortable.
Room was nice, small, but convenient. Microwave, refrigerator, and nice staff. Was a great location.
The room was a little expensive for what you got. Was hoping for a larger room or some other amenities. Breakfast wasn't served until 7AM which means I had to miss it.
Great place to stay for a game
Easy 10 min walk to the Cubs game. Tons of stores and places to eat at. Great neighborhood and felt safe walking around at any time of night as there were always people out. Easy parking in attached garage. Would stay again.
Great location, expensive parking, poor breakfast
Location was close to Wrigley Field, dining, and grocery store
Breakfast was not good. Poor options, and crowded space (think a closet converted to a self-serve breakfast nook). Parking nearby was expensive at $38 for a 24 hour period.
Great location, room equipped with wi-fi, microwave, fridge. Also, free bottled water left in room each day. Great Mexican restaurant on the same block. Walking distance to shops, bars, attractions. Friendly staff. Above average continental breakfast. Look forward to the next stay.
We stayed in a room on the first floor which was right next to where the continental breakfast was served. While the room was very adequate, it was noisy in the morning. Other than that, a very pleasant stay.
The staff was courteous and professional
My room was by the elevator, which was beeping constantly.
Well Kept Historical Building
Breakfast was included. Great perk! Friendly staff.
The toilet wasn't flushed.
Up all night
Staff was great , location. Staff was accommodating changing our room after 1st night was next to elevator.
Had us in a room right next to the elevator. They should never rent that room. Banging and dinging all night. Internet and tv didn't work. Second room tv reception was good but still lacked Internet reception.
I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and will stay here again and again. I've never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Despite the building being an 'older' building the rooms are new looking and always clean. One thing I love about this hotel is its location. It's not in The Loop yet it is convenient to bus lines that run downtown and within walking distance to the Belmont and Addison 'L' stops. There are also plenty of local restaurants, all within walking distance of this hotel. If you're looking for a hotel that isn't downtown, this is it!
THE staff was friendly, the room and bath were very clean and comfortable. the room was cleaned and towels replaced daily. the continental breakfast was great. fresh coffee and fruit all day long. very nice.
Great Location. Nice hotel.
I loved the location!
Didn't expect much however got an experience that makes me want to come back for more.
great pillows and mattress. very nice and helpful staff. Ann Sathers rolls! nice tv. nice decor.
needed another mirror in room.
The staff was excellent and accommodating. Fitness/jacuzzi was clean and well equiped.
Beds a little old and lumpy. Doing construction on part of hotel which was a little inconvienent.
Tucked away on a busy Chicago street. Easy access to Wrigley!!Pretty straightforward room, with no real "WOW" factor. Nice, simple with avg. price.
Great location. Great staff ...
the location was excellent, quiet, short distance from the red line station and convenient to resturants and shops. Very comfortable room, very clean and nicely appointed. Thoughtful touches throughout: Free bottled water, newspaper delived to your door, plenty of towels, comfortable bedding, free wireless internet, in room frige and microwave. Everthing spotless!
I found nothing to complain about and I am not so easy to please.
