Location is great and rooms are very nice.
The hotel recently reopened and didn’t seem to be ready. No room service but the operator still forwards the call to them. The creamer in the room was spoiled. I think it was left from when they closed 3 months prior.
The food should've been much better, especially for the price.
Location was great, very good customer service and clean beautiful rooms
expense of overnight parking was a bit much
The front desk is AMAZING
Staff help and friendliness was wondeful!! Location is fantastic!!
The bed had a mattress cove/pad that was uncomfortable and did not stay in place. It bunch up under your body when you moved. Not the best!!
The service was amazing and the room was incredible. We had a great view of the water tower and it was super quiet.
Convenient to restaurants, shopping, sights
The hotel and staff were exceptional!!
The hotel was in a great location. The room was beautiful and the staff was amazing.
I wish the refrigerator allowed room for guest to chill pop or milk.
The staff was amazing!
The dated feel of the room definitely did not live up the the 5-star rating.
Staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
I liked how unique the bathtub has open doors to look out the window.
