Pros: Excelent breakfast if you upgraded from continental to buffet. Great choice and variety. Service staff was very pleasant and accomodating Check in, check out was very efficient.

Cons: Rooms are not clean and have not been updated since the 70/. Breakfast is an experience for the brave: there were no eggs for the first half hour and when time for a refill of juice: a bucket like the one that you use with a mop was brought out by a large unclean chef.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Location fair. what our kids really enjoyed was the warm indoor swimming pool.

Notified front desk about the drinking but personal never told them anything, in the morning bottles laying all over their automobiles. Not a family hotel, terrible experience. Cons: For the difference in price, the level of service, amenities, and cleanliness at other properties in the city is a better investment. This hotel is what it is. It is a clean hotel with low level amenities and service. You are not getting a boutique level experience here. Great for a quick stop because it is clean. Not good if you are expecting your stay to be part of your experience in Chihuahua.

Cons: I never got to even enter, I got robbed right at their doors, they didn’t even care to help, they were hookers in the entrance of the hotel offering sex for $5 dollars!!! You should NOT be having this place on the app.

Cons: Elevator not working, I was on the 3rd floor but basically it is their 4th floor. The water pressure is very weak, I only have 1 Toilet paper on my room The floor was made of wood, and it make noise every step that I'm makin' This is 4 stars hotel and these problem shouldn't exist.

Pros: In the center of the city, right behind the cathedral, you can just walk to the casa Chihuahua museum. Friendly staff and awesome terrace with a view of the city and the top of the cathedral. Fair breakfast.

Cons: Rooms a little dated and noisy. Wood floors make a lot of noise and you can hear people in the hallway. TV had a weird noise too.

Pros: Location central to bus station, museums and eateries. Good WiFi, AC, daily cleaning and drinking water.

Pros: There was no breakfast provided by the hotel, but that is ok. With the price and location of the property, there is plenty of nearby options for you to choose from. The hotel staff even suggested a couple different breakfast options.

Cons: Nothing. Everything has been great I have extended my stay for a fourth time. I really enjoy the property, the area is very safe and convenient to many things. The staff goes above and beyond to help you. I even had one staff member offer to bring a TV from his home, for me to use. For the reason there was multiple things on at the same time I was trying to watch.

Pros: Everything! I have extended my stay for the 3rd time now. You cannot beat the value. The staff is outstanding! The price, location, cleanliness, and security of the building is first class! I would not choose to stay anywhere else! Thank you again to Hotel Centric and it's staff!

Cons: There is nothing to complain or dislike about my stay here. I have chosen to extend my stay for the 3rd time. So I think that says everything you need to know. The place is secure, friendly, spotless.

Pros: The staff is amazing, there is someone onsite 24/7. Each and everyone of them is friendly, hard working, and very eager to satisfy you. I only planned on staying for 10 initially, I have now extended my stay twice. Due to the friendliness of the staff, how secure the building is, the cleanliness of the overall property, and the location. I would recommend staying here to any type of traveler's. I would say it's starting to feel like home. So thank you to the staff of Hotel Centric and Chihuahua.

Cons: No complaints I'm very happy with my stay. The longer I stay the happier I am here. The location is amazing, so many things you can walk too. I don't speak a lick of Spanish, the staff is patient with me, and a the help of translation app. I am able to communicate very well with everyone.

This is an almost perfect budget hotel, with a n excellent location to the historical district. Totally walkable to the whole downtown, and all important VIVEBUS (BOWIE) stations. If you are without a car, this is a perfect choice! Staff was extra helpful with an early AM departure to the airport, arranging a taxi and a wake up call......All needed! I would stay here another visit: THANKS!
