Most guests highly praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with many noting their willingness to assist with luggage, provide recommendations, and accommodate early or late check-ins. Cleanliness is frequently mentioned as a positive, with rooms and bathrooms generally described as tidy and well-maintained. Breakfast is appreciated for its taste and variety, though a few guests wish for more options. The location is considered convenient, especially for public transport and proximity to the center. However, several guests report issues with bathroom odors and the lack of an elevator, which can be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns.
